All international customers beware of excessive return fees. Be very careful. I bought the Sophia linen black size S. I am usually an M. The S was too large and so I returned it. This exercise cost me 95AUD. This is not a business that I will ever access again.

Comfortable dresses
I bought the blue Kyoto dress in medium which is my size and fitted quite large on me but looked ok for the style. Ordered the rose in small - same size as blue but ok. Then ordered the cream in xs fitted perfectly and looks great. I actually love these dresses so cool & comfortable in hot weather and wash well. Have tried to tumble dry the larger ones but makes absolutely no difference making me question 100%linen?

Lovely linen and sizing is spot-on
I wasn't sure about the sizing of a Sauths coral linen dress so the lady kindly sent me a sizing chart. I have received the dress now the sizing is spot-on and the linen is lovely. I'm sure I'll get many wears out of it. Thank you.

Do not buy from this company if you…
Do not buy from this company if you live in the United States. I bought a dress and it was a huge potato sack. I requested a return and they rejected. And if they would have approved I would have to spend $35 to mail back. Then they send me another email stating I would have to return and buy another. They would not refund until I purchased another. No trust for their poor customer service. I’ll be donating their dress.

Beware: they don’t do refunds.
Awful company. Avoid at all costs. Sizing is no accurate and they will make excuses not to process refunds. I’m out of pocket by £200 and now have two badly made dresses that don’t fit.
Update: Sauth’s have tried everything possible not to give me a legally required refund. They insist that their company policy over rides EU law. I would urge anyone in the EU to return within the 14 days and open a transaction dispute with their bank/credit card provider.
Update 2: beware of slippery worded emails from Sauths customer service. I paid for postage and they are now trying to charge me import duty for the return. In my opinion this company is a scam. In my opinion some of the five star reviews are very suspicious. In my opinion everyone should be reporting Sauths to Instagram. I intend to report all their posts as misleading.

Order took 12 days to UK address, which is too long from a EU country. They emailed back quickly when I asked for a delivery update. Very good quality Elaine dress. Sizes are big: I’m UK 12 and size small is fine, though a bit big round the hips. I would order from this company again.
