Poor customer service and attitude
I’ve ordered three dresses. Loved the first two. The 3rd was their Linen May Dress - it was huge! I forgot to take it to our winter home and when I returned, they refused to allow me to return it - tags on. Too bad - they’ve lost a customer who had referred many friends to them. And their attitude - last email said “we suggest you read the measurements” next time. No kidding!

Beautiful timeless pieces
I just bought two dresses, the Carmen and the Nida, and I cannot fault them. They are so beautiful and the perfect fit. They are an S and I am 5’6” and weigh just under 61kg. They are just perfect for summer holidays and are beautifully made, in quality linen. I hope these timeless dresses will be a summer staple for years to come. Customer service was great too, super quick to respond when I queried delivery time. They took about a week to get the UK.

Received wrong product
I order a pair of pants in Almond color and I received them in Beige color. I have contacted their customer and they offered a refund and return.
Overall good customer service. I just hope they update the pictures with the new colors in case of shade changes.

Bought a top and shirt and the quality of both are beautiful, well worth the money! Took approx 2 weeks for them to arrive in standard post, which is normal. I'm now keeping an eye on the website for a new dress for the summer.

Purchased a beautiful made to order linen curtain as well as a pair of linen trousers. Appreciated customer service reaching out to confirm the dimensions of the shower curtain (I think I had H and W swapped), and the integrated liner is particularly nice (I love how it attaches below the openings for the rings for the curtain, it’s such a clean look.
The turnaround time on the curtain was quite fast for a custom item, and the shipping was quick as well.
The trousers are now among my favorites, and overall it was a really lovely experience.

My intention when purchasing from Sauths was to invest in good quality linen dresses to wear on trips to the Caribbean and at home in Canada. I wanted pieces that would last, be comfy and in classic styling that will stand the test of time. My first purchase was the Carmen dress in black. I absolutely love the quality of the linen, the fit and the workmanship. I have since reordered the Carmen dress in beige - can't wait til it arrives. As well, I purchased the Vernanza dress in navy - timeless and ageless styling - very well made! What made purchasing these dresses an easy decision, is the customer service I received from ELENA. She helped me with sizing between styles, colouring, restocking etc - very responsive! Even with the additional expense of duty you are receiving a quality product at a very reasonable cost.

Shocking service. Despite an order and agreement to refund after placing an additional order for another size. They refused the refund and return.
Had I read the reviews before purchasing I wouldn’t have purchased.
Buyer beware! This is not a reputable company and should not be trading in the U.K. if they are not abiding by the customer service levels we expect. Now I have an extra garment I have no use for! Double the expense and had to wait over 2 weeks for the 2nd order!
Do not order from these people! I am a U.K. business owner and this isn’t an ethical or trustworthy business.
Interesting post regarding make to order the website clearly stated that the item ordered was in stock. The first item arrived in a very quick time frame. I had therefore to chase the 2nd purchase to be told it was make to order.
I do believe customer service to be the epitome of any on line business which Sauths have failed in.
The U.K. a policy is clearly 30 day returns - if you want to do business in this country you must abide by its laws.
‘You must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.’
Please note the U.K.s legal policy below:
Your legal rights to a refund
You have 30 days to return faulty goods and receive a full refund. You're entitled to ask for a refund or price reduction after one failed attempt by the retailer to repair or replace a faulty item. Or you can request another repair or price reduction at no extra cost.
