STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS SHIPPING AGENT
I ordered an item from Lidl’s using their on-line shopping site on 4 Aug 2023. SEUR was their designated Shipping Agent.
The last tracking feedback from SEUR was that there was an “Incident” with the delivery. That email was dated 9 Aug 2023. They requested my email address and postal code which I resent. That was the last correspondence I received from them. I contacted Lidl’s Customer Service to complain about SEUR and hopefully they will get answers to my queries. By the number of Trust Pilot recent negative reviews relating to SEUR, it is a wonder that they are still in business. I am now in the process of requesting monetary reimbursement for the goods that I have never received from Lidl's. How SEUR is still in business is beyond me.
I can fully recommend that if SEUR is named as the Shipping Agent for any on-line shopping sites, steer well clear of that site. You have been warned.

Got to be the worst courier company around
Their website shows my delivery still in progress. No response to my follow ups or my complaint. They say " we will deal with it, we will get back to you " but nothing. Deliver should have been August 31st but as of today September 7th nothing! no feedback no explanation. The company is a sham.

Se supone que Seur es una paquetería profesional. Ellos no son. Seguramente una empresa de reparto profesional tendría GPS, mapas o algo de experiencia en encontrar lugares. Una vez más, después de realizar un pedido en Amazon y esperar todo el día, recibo un mensaje que dice que la dirección está incompleta. Tuve exactamente lo mismo con ellos hace 8 años cuando me mudé. En esa y esta ocasión demostré que no hicieron ningún intento de encontrarme, que la dirección era exactamente correcta pero que el conductor no se dejó molestar o estuvo bajo tanta presión que fallaron en la entrega y mintieron diciendo que no pudieron encontrarla. o la dirección no era correcta, cuando en aquel entonces y ayer había recibido numerosas entregas anteriores de ellos y de otras empresas. Me comuniqué con Amazon y les pedí que verificaran la dirección utilizada y, de hecho, era correcta, simplemente Seur es un grupo de tontos ineptos, sorprendentemente pobres y poco profesionales.
Seur are supposed to be a professional paqueteria. They are not. Surely a professional delivery company would have GPS, maps or some experience in finding places. Yet again after ordering from Amazon and waiting in all day, I get a message saying the address is incomplete. I had this exact same thing with them 8 years ago when I moved. On that an this occasion I proved that they made no attempt to find me, that the address was in fact exactly correct but the driver could not be bothered or under so much pressure that they fail the delivery and lie saying they couldn't find it or the address was not correct, when I had back then and yesterday had numerous previous deliveries from them and other companies. I contacted Amazon and got them to check the address used and it was indeed correct just simply Seur are inept, shockingly poor, unprofessional bunch of fools.
I will never order from them again
I will never order from them again. Today they were supposed to pick up a parcel that I needed to send urgently and they didn’t take it. The tracking site indicated that they came to my house and there was no one. It is not true. I always have a family at home and they were specially waiting for the courier. They are deceiving. Now everything has been postponed until tomorrow, but the urgency of the parcel was important to me. I do not recommend SEUR.
Ordered medical supplies from Germany
Ordered medical supplies from Germany. ETA 4 days. DPA delivery via SEUR. Got message after 5 days saying "Shipping Incident". Then another one 5 days later saying my shipment would be delivered "Today" between 2 and 4 pm. It never arrived. I changed the delivery address to a Collection Point. Gave up after 16 days and reordered from another Supplier. Items arrived 72 hours later. Finally SEUR delivered to pick up point but I already contacted supplier to cancel order. Sent about 6 messages online to SEUR customer assistance and not received any response as yet.

I use to order a lot online, so I should know.
Got an email that my delivery (NREBPBGRL/84049 - aircon split) was going to be delivered 2/8-23.... no delivery ever came.
Never got a message as to why they didn't come.
After 1 week, I finally managed to get through on the phone. Agreed that the package should be delivered at the "Pickup point" in La Mata. Tracking showed that the package was ready for collection in the store... No package there….
The next day (9/8) I called SEUR again....!
I was told that the shipment is in stock in Alicante, about 70 km away. When I got there, only the inside unit of the aircon was there…. Where was the outside unit?
On the shipment info from SEUR, it says that the shipment weighs 37 kg.
The whole thing has now ended in cancellation of the order.
Bought a new air conditioner at Carrefour. They have a transport system SEUR should learn from!!!!
In the future I will make sure that my online orders NEVER will use SEUR as carrier.

Waiting 11 days for delivery from IKEA, multiple emails saying they have tried to deliver and no one at home but that’s a lie, no way to contact them, haven’t received a call from them to acknowledge our issue and IKEA less than helpful in sorting this out

Three given dates for delivery of a calendar, no delivery.
I stress we were at home for each failed “delivery”
Contacted SEUR after each failed attempt who promised a new date. A promise of yet another all day waiting at home and then a message that we were absent after another failed attempt.
If they cannot deliver a calendar…a simple cardboard envelope contents one calendar, perhaps they should close up for good instead of lying and wasting customer’s time.

Avoid the WORST shipping company ever
The worst shipping company ever! 3 times with an Amazon delivery, and now with an Ikea delivery, the delivery is always messed up! Seur keeps adding extra letters in my address, so yeah.... the address is wrong. But they do it everytime, I then " CHANGE " .. CORRECT the address. First email says attempt to deliver for the next day. But their tracker then says Out For Delivery. This has happened before, but no delivery. Once they returned the order to amazon, and I had to wait another 10 days for the second attempt. And their delivery windows from 9 to 19, how messed up a day can be to be home, and no delivery. So add a second day to wait and MAYBE get my order. I will do my best with my Amazon & Ikea orders that if they list Seur as the service to cancel and try again. I AM OVER THE INCOMPETENCY OF THIS COMPANY. And in all this, I go to the office in town, and they act like I am nuts, and do not know what I am talking about, I am the one causing problems.
DO NOT USE SEUR DELIVERY SERVICE...EVER!!!!!

Horrible experience and my delivery has not yet been located. Do try and avoid this company at all costs. I was told that my item had been delivered 'at home'. No one ever turned up for the delivery and now my packet is nowhere to be found.
Dont use Seur unless you want to annoy your customers
They were meant to collect a package.
Instead they called, allowed 1 ring then hung up and decided to reschedule the collection for 4 days later.
Some of the couriers are ok but on this occasion this courier just didnt want to enter a gated community of small flats. I understand it takes a little longer in this kind of property but you still need to attend the property before deciding to leave.
I work from home and I'm ALWAYS in during work hours and mostly outside of work hours as well.
This isnt the first issue I've had with Seur but it is the first I've put on TrustPilot.
Seriously use Correos instead, Seur is a waste of time. If your a business they will only annoy your customers.

Shocking delivery service
Ordered an item from Lidl who then pass it onto SEUR for delivery, who then attempt to deliver it twice to the wrong address without calling the mobile number I provided them, they then drop it off at a pick up store 40km away. I have made contact with them through emails, Twitter, face book, telephone and attempted to get them to deliver to the correct address but had no satisfaction. They seem reluctant to correct their mistake.
I gave them one star because I could not give them zero stars.Would not recommend their services to anyone.
SEUR late for delivery for 11 days from Alicante to Pego
SEUR received my package on 19.06.23 to be delivered to Pego.
Now is 30.6.23 and their roboter still has no idea when my package will be delivered to my address at 03780 Pego

Avoid by all means!!! They never even try to deliver. Say: shipping data is incomplete. While other companies successfully deliver the packages. They do not try to call you. They can say you were not at home. While you were the whole day waiting for them. The only way to get you package is to redelivery to the nearest pickup point. I have lived in several countries. Never ever I dealt with such lousy service and customer support.
