Horror adventure
- Sent me a notification they couldn't have delivered because I wasn't home - while I was home, whole day. Not a single call, not a single door ring
- Their customer support is a joke. You get robot answers anywhere, no one wants or can help
- Their IT systems don't function. I managed to receive my package in 2 weeks after it was actually available because I guessed where it might be. I received a notification that I can receive it 2 days after that. And 2 days before the deadline

From my experience in Valencia that's a good delivery company. They are pretty fast, the only problem is they never call before the delivery, just show up at the address.
They are Lazy and they lie to you !!
Time after time they lie about that they has tried to deliver, but they never do ! Their drivers seems lazy, and their customer service seems to not exist at all. I have even tried that they sent the package back to the supplier because of 3 unsuccesful delivery atempts as offcourse wasen`t true because i was home all 3 times they said they tried to deliver. I have been in the transport business for 20 years, so do yourself a favor and complain directly to DPD who has contracted SEUR, hopefully DPD will cancel their contract with this terrible company - they has to go out of business because they are a disgrase to the transport industry.
SEUR & DPD are totally useless
SEUR & DPD are totally useless and not to be trusted. You can contact them as much as you want but nothing ever gets through to anyone and no action is taken. They havent woken up to efficiency and to the benefit of keeping the same drivers on the same routes so they then get to know their customers. I get packages delivered to me every week - one gets to me ok and another doesnt even though its the same delivery company ! SEUR / DPD constantly complain that its our fault because the addres is incorrect ! What a wonderful excuse but in every case the address is ok it's just their driver who cant be bothered to call or ask for directions! I'm sure that if the driver finds himself late or wants to get home early its a quick fix to say "I couldn't find the address as its incorrect" but no one ever checks !
Today a package was returned to the sender because they said I hadnt replied to them about a delivery problem ! I had actually contacted them on 5 consecutive days each time supplying enhanced location information. i had received receipt acknowledgements from them each time and yet nothing was actioned. I had two deliveries advised for the same day , one from the USA and another Belgium - both had subsequent 'incorrect address' / alleged delivery attempts and disappeared without a trace ( tax paid ) ..
I notice DPD/Seur are currently rebranding to GeoLost .. ( I made the typo on purpose ) .
Can I suggest that you actually 'try to deliver the parcels' as a first step on that journey ..
It is after all , ' what as a courier, you have contracted to do ' , is it not ? ..

This message is totally inadequate, you say it's at the habaneras commercial centre while the address that follows is near the Friday market, you NEED TO SAY,
The collection point is a locker system situated at the side of Leroy Merlin inside the carpark on the right hand side. Inside Habaneras c.c. How are people to know that the address is in a underground carpark from the address in the message. Finally give instructions on how to use the lockers in various languages like the Amazon lockers, yes we're in Spain and it's in Spanish but thousands of your delivery s are to expats. What you sent me was a cryptic clue. Its very disrespectful what you sent and very misunderstanding in my opinion. It worries me about the lack of basic common sense in your communications team. Please update your messages explaining properly.

This is by far the worst delivery…
This is by far the worst delivery company.They don't even try to deliver. I was waiting for my parcel to be delivered for three weeks. They kept sending me delivery date and then sending information that my address is incomplete and they cannot deliver. Three times I have corrected the address ( it wasn't incorrect anyway) and even agreed for pick up point of their choice. After all that they even send me email informing that they cannot localize pick up point they have chosen themselves and my parcel cannot be delivered!!! I have made an official complaint, still took another three days to be dropped at their drop off point. With a phone calls to this company and 10euros spend for their curier service this nightmare service cost me over 30 euros!!! This company should be SHUT DOWN. They treating customers like dirt. What is the point paying for courier if they dont deliver and you need to fight them to be able to pick up your parcel three weeks later from far away pick up point ? This was not my first expierience with Seur, all were VERY BAD. Not even deserving of 1 star :(

Disasterous customer experience
Disasterous customer experience. They don't deliver in time. They are too stupid to find an address which everybody else finds with Google maps. They charge for every call to customer service (I have paid more than 100 Euro for 60 calls .... Most of them ended up at a useless employee or voice tape). You cannot drop bigger parcels in their shops. Had to drive 40km to Malaga instead. Arrogant company. Management does not react to complaints. One should fire complete management and build the company again from scratch. It cannot get worse. I will not buy at any shops any more who work with SEUR. Can only recommend UPS and others
SUER, epitomises bad service
Whenever I realise Seur are responsible for a delivery, I already know it is doomed to failure. Maybe their drivers are under too much time pressure, but they report no one was home, when we were, wrong delivery address, it isn't........and so the reasons go on. All other couriers find us and effect deliveries without problem.
This company makes an artform of bad service.....has anyone ever got a response from customer services???? 🙄

This company, DHL and DPD which are all the same delivery company are totally braindead. They do not deliver te packages they receive and state the the recipient must get in touch with them even though they are not easily contactable. I should NOT have to do the work of the delivery company especially when they have a correct address and the GPS location. Pathetic group of imbeciles. They are currently sitting on a package from Amazon.co.uk and one from Amazon.es and have done nothing since the 10th and today is the 13th. I have spoken to Amazon and they agree these companies are absolute rubbish.

They destroyed all our three packages and we never got a refund. We sent photos of package with content, but they wanted labels labels, this that, although they have tracking numbers, ect after a long wait for their reply they said because we could not provide all, which I said we do not have all. The worst company ever title goes to SEUR Spain. We lost 500 Euros worth of goods including their shipping fees. A waste of time. Never Ever.

SEUR.es has really upped their game this year! We have many large and small packages arriving every week and SEUR are really helpful,on time and goods arrive in good condition. Previously, yes we experienced the same negative issues as listed by other clients but considering we are in a tiny village,3000ft up in the mountains we consider they do a really good job...Thank you SEUR.es
Horrible service
Horrible service! They lie about not finding the address when they can even call to ask for more directions. When they finally called I was so fed up that I asked them to deliver to the collection point. I went there the day after and nothing was there. Luckily the company that I ordered from have an excellent service and agreed to cancel everything after we explained the situation.

I ordered something at autodoc.es.. i choose them because they send with GLS, or Celeritas.. when i was waiting for my tracking information i found out that they send parcels now with seur!!!.. so i am already sure that this parcel never arrive..or with huge delays.. and a lot of hassling.
They never call.. can,t find the adress, you can,t change the direction to pick it up in a parcelshop..
And when you call them, it cost you a fortune.. with many disconnects.. The most idiot fraud company i have ever seen.. and they don,t give a fook

Just had to come and give this useless company 1 star again. They NEVER bring the package to your door if there's stairs. Their staff even say theyre not supposed to go to your door. What on earth do you call a 'delivery service' that doesnt bring the delivery to your door? laughable.
