Today I made the long journey from the south coast to Sigma’s Hampton Wick store. I was keen to buy an Alan Aero bike box. Mark and Danny were both first class. They helped with the daunting task of trying to learn how to pack a modern bike into its new crate and were very patient, despite a few minor pitfalls and challenges along the way. Thank goodness they able to help, and I ended up with a brilliant Shokbox instead. Very happy today. Thanks guys 🙏🏻

I brought my S-Works SL8 road bike into Sigma Sports today to have a Ceramic Speed Bottom Bracket installed to replace the Shimano one that came with the bike.

The team of mechanics at the workshop are first class and within an hour it was ready for collection.As always the work carried out was exemplary and so I would just like to say a big thanks to all concerned.....great job guys.

Great shop, primarily for cyclists but also catering for triathletes. There is a wide range of excellent products with a lot of staff on hand who are knowledgeable and very helpful.

I came to buy a pair of road bike shoes which could be fitted with SPD cleats. Simple - you think? Well actually not! My feet were are quite wide with a high instep. Fortunately, I dealt with Marc - he was brilliant. He knew everything there was to know about bike shoes - he was patient, informative, and went to some trouble to get me just the right pair. It certainly showed me the benefits of coming into a great bike shop to buy my bike shoes. The only other thing worth mentioning was how helpful and upbeat all your staff are - credit to the management - they clearly enjoy their work (in contrast to most shops today. Well done and thanks.
