PopStation is hopeless

PopStation is hopeless!
Without any warning, the delivery man called my mobile yesterday that he is at my door with a parcel. Since nobody is at home, I agreed to have it left at a nearby popstation. Then my nightmare begins.
First, the barcode scanner does not work. When I keyed in the Notice number, it gave a cryptic Status NOT FOUND!
Then I called the hotline & the saga continues.
After a long delay, the CSO finally asked for details. And finally toild me that the article is not there yet and to give it up to 3 days(!) to get there. This is despite the warning on the delivery slip that item would be removed if not collected in 5 days! When I asked if I could be notified upon the parcel arrival at the popstation, the CSO proceed to ignore me & gave a long recital (obviously reading off a script).
When I tried to give feedback about the barcode scanner, first he ignored me, then he says there is no response because the parcel not there!
I will decline all popstation offers in future.

I wish Sinkpost would just close down

Well to be fair, they do get local mail delivered without issues. Everything about their process is pretty much standardized and decent enough. But, something goes wrong, thats when hell comes in.

Singpost is by far one of the most disgusting Singaporean company till date. They state that they need 2 working days to deliver a parcel when it arrives from overseas.

1st Parcel: Attempted delivery 1 working day later, lazy buggers didnt even bother to deliver it and claim that there was no such blk/unit no. Item was super efficiently sent back overseas. Attempts to retrieve the parcel were met with "no, we must sent it back"

2nd Parcel: Attempted delivery 3 working days later. What a serious waste of time spending day 1 and 2 waiting for the parcel. They are so efficient in sending some parcels back while taking their own sweet time for others.

Parcel in POPStation "collected by…

Parcel in POPStation "collected by someone else". My parcel of goods that I paid more than $200 for, and now worth at least $500 as they're collectibles, is now MIA. Before this thing called "POPStation", you have to collect missed deliveries with your IC. Now they leave it in these boxes where anyone with the tracking number can collect. It was supposed to be a signed delivery, but it would have been better if they just left the parcel in my mailbox.

They don't deserve any star at all

They don't deserve any star at all. My neighbour n myself didn't receive our parcels when we purchased stuff online.
The postman send my mails to her n hers to me. Our address number is the same but Street name different. The postman don't even bother to read the address properly. Wrote countless emails to sing post but they don't even bother to help to look for my parcels. Mr. Vijaya just says normal post is not trackable so there is nothing he could do. What kind of service is this? Outrageous

Bad - unaaceptable, unreasonable, stupid and hopeless!

Singpost is getting more and more hopeless. Outsourcing manpower in India who knows nuts but read from a template script with their rolled tongue incomprehensible ridiculous accent. No, I am not being racist here but SERIOUSLY people - lazy and irresponsible postmen and staff working on bare minimum income that do nothing but gossip with each other during office hours and type on the computer with their 2 fingers moving at a snail's pace. Irritating and annoying. 'Nuff said. Go use your hard earn money and invest in a delivery service if u buy ANYTHING online cos chances are you would at least received your expensive items. The ONLY thing that come on time monthly without fail and NEVER go missing is your utility bills.

Hope that hepls shed some light into this hopeless white elephant in the room that I wish would very soon die and sack all their incompetent staff.

Pretty Bad Delivery !!

Pretty Bad Delivery !!! I often purchased online & it's common to receive my package from Singpost. But on 30th November 2018, to my horror. 2 out of my 3 packages delivered by the routine post woman of my area, my purchased products was damaged. I was so unhappy with this incident. I've posted my enquiry with Singpost. I even requested them to replace another staff if the current one simply can't handle my package responsibly & properly, as I'm expecting 3 more oversea packages. But the reply I received was "We've raised an enquiry with our relevant department & we'll get back to you with an update within 3 days" Pretty fast reply but sound to me, like an automated answer. Before this incident, I've also encountered some delivery issue with Singpost. Now I hoping that my next 3 packages awaiting arrival & delivery, will not be delivered by the same post woman again. Terribly Bad Delivery & Services !!!

Very slow in receiving international …

Very slow in receiving international mails. Can declare unsuccessful delivery when I was waiting for them at home for the entire day! Email them also never even bother to reply.

The contact agent is also basically useless.
