Great service from Cruise 118 as always
Have been using Cruise 118 to book my cruises over the past few years. MyTravel Concierge, Sian Halliwell is always friendly and extremely helpful. Recently we have been trying to organise an Italian cruise. In Sian's absence her colleague, Brittany Booth, picked up my enquiry, which was complicated by trying to organise flights, hotel and transfers. She worked tirelessly to sort everything out and we got everything we wanted and it worked out even better value than expected. Thank you Brittany and Sian.

Elizabeth Wright has, once again, ensured that our vacation cruise with RSSC was a success. She has been an outstanding advisor and agent who we have come to trust. Particular problems related to recent health issues were taken on board by her and sound advice provided. On a number of occasions she sent us reminders to enable us to keep on top of requirements at times of personal stress. Just returned from our cruise on Grandeur that was marvellous we hope to contact her to arrange another trip. Great Cruise Booking Experience…
I was looking to book a luxury cruise for my partner's birthday and am so pleased I called 6 Star Cruises as it was a delight speaking with Rebecca. All my many questions were answered patiently and professionally and I am confident Rebecca achieved the best price for the cruise which perfectly matched my requirements. Linking flights and overnight hotels with a cruise can be a challenge but it was obvious Rebecca was very experienced in doing this, balancing cost and comfort. The follow up information was sent promptly and accurately matched our conversation. Rebecca has done the hard work so now I can relax knowing that 6 Star Cruises are available should I have a need.

Superb insight and care from Elizabeth
We have booked with several cruise agencies before but a friend recommended we try Six Star. I got through to Elizabeth. Not only was she able to match a cheaper deal I had found on a Silversea cruise but she also gave me a solid hour of her time sharing her thoughts on the cruise line, cabin options, fare types, price matching and much more. I have never come across that level of care and insight before. That prompted us to book with her that day. As promised all the paperwork was sorted immediately and any queries we had were dealt with. We were able to log straight into the Six Star system and see our booking.

Professional staff who are on the ball.
Dealt with DAN today when booking a cruise. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Took time to go over things fully and ensured we were happy with the booking. Price on the site was the best of several companies we looked at. To finally top it all we were given a lounge pass at the airport prior to coming home. We will have a long wait at Rome airport so this gesture was greatly appreciated. Overall if this service continues the holiday will be a success. Hopefully the first of many future bookings.
