Spoke with Rebecca, who responded to my request very promptly and professionally. she was knowledgeable and provided me with details very quickly.

Cruise No. 72

Rebecca is most helpful and although it is only the second time we have used her services, she provides what we are wanting. We have booked in excess of over seventy cruises, but, now we have discovered Rebecca, we will not go anywhere else.

Never again

It’s taken several days mulling over whether I would write this review.

So.

Between 6 Star and Azamara I feel I have been fleeced

As usual I skimmed the review of both Companies and in both cases I should have heeded some of the ‘warning’ signs!

Did receive information and documentation from 6 Star, usually a day after Azamara. But several questions asked about the trip and my concerns were never answered in the confident manner I would expect of an experienced travel agency.

6 Star sold the Azamara Cruise as a 4 / 5 star experience, I booked just before Christmas ‘25. But in reality was no more than a 2 star and nothing special. In addition it cost circa twice as much as I normally budget ( see my review on trip advisor of the cruise ).

My expectation and impression were sadly not what I received.

Credit given for the standard and location of the hotel booked.

I can only assume my standards are much higher than others.

In conclusion, as per the title ‘ Never again ‘

Who are worldtravelholdings ?

Given the information I’ve imparted 6 Star could contact me and I’m surprised I was not ask to complete a survey on my return ( this has happened with every agency I’ve used in the past )

As you imply you are a conduit for Azamara, maybe you can answer all the questions from my TripAdvisor review - “ I could not fathom what I was paying extra for!! “ ( or what did I miss that was 4 / 5 star value?), etc.

Azamara has not responded to either direct or in direct contact.

Rebecca dealt with my enquiry professionally and whilst unable to match the price I had been quoted, did not give up trying. She came back with a revised price which whilst better than originally quoted was still above the competition.

Just booked our third cruise through Six Stars. Rebecca has been so helpful to us. Our experience so far has shown us just how thorough she has been on all the arrangements, including the hotels and transfers before and after each cruise, and any last minute changes while en route. This is to be a special holiday to…

This is to be a special holiday to celebrate my daughters 50th birthday so I wanted it to go smoothly. I rang a few cruise providers and Rebecca really put me at ease with her knowledge, understanding and helpful advice. I rang twice with queries and each time she didn’t rush the answers and explained everything thoroughly. We don’t travel for a few months so fingers crossed everything goes according to plan! But I do feel confident it will. I will review again on my return!
