Outstanding service, quick and hassle free. My order arrived on a Sunday which I was really happy with. Only thing I would say is the cashback is deceiving, it leads you to believe this is a lump sum and doesn't highlight that is is broken down from 6 months onwards

Be very careful with what looks like a cheap price attached to an over complicated cashback scheme.
Rather than a simple automated system like a lot of reputable companies, you have to separately claim 5 times over a 24 month period. Each time filling out a form, downloading a bill, then uploading it again. While that may not seem much over a 2 year period, with busy lives its easy to forget.
I didn't think there would be an issue claiming cashback towards the end of the contract.. but I was wrong. Perhaps I should have paid more attention at the start of the contract.. or perhaps The Smartphone Company should have been clearer from the start. As far as I believe I'm owed money by this company, but they wont give it to me as I was too busy to remember to lodge 5 separate claims where I believed one was enough. I assume my money goes towards their Christmas party?
My advice is to stay away from complex cashback deals and look for a cheap deal upfront

I am sorry to hear that the way our cashback is process prompted further confusion, I can sympathise with your dissatisfaction on this matter.
We are a company that strives to supply the best customer services experience; additionally we explain correctly throughout every stage from when an order is placed on our website or over the phone and on the order confirmation email on how cashback is effectively claimed and how that reduces the line rental paid to the network.
Once there is a cashback value added on the contract, the cashback triggers the higher line rental which reduces your monthly payment once your claim for your cashback using your 6th month bill, your 9th month bill, your 12th month bill, your 15th month and your 18th month bill. Finally For each term we give 60 days to enable our customers to claim their cashback.
