Ordered a turntable that was an open box deal. Unfortunately, the table had already been sold, so they sent me a brand new unit for the original price! Can't beat that!

They have good records but they dont ship out quickly at all

This place it the best/second to none when it comes to shipping mint vinyl that then arrives in absolute mint condition. When I order from other places the postal delivery inevitable finds a way to damage the shipments except for shipments from Sound Stage Direct. SSD shipments arrive in perfect condition. I like to order when I have enough to qualify for the free shipping and also I do watch the pricing which comes into play. They send discount codes quite often so I use those to keep pricing more competitive.

Wow what an excellent service, could not ask for more. Shoot out to Mr. Jay, he was quick, and communication is super. Pleasure to work with.

Ordered and received 4 albums I have been searching for. Well packaged and promptly received. Disappointed one of these did not have the download card enclosed as stated on sticker.

I've been collecting Vinyl since 1965. Going to the album store was always a treat. Sound Stage has made that shopping experience obsolete. Now I search for an artist and find everything available in moments without searching unorganized record bends. If I have questions I call them and get answers fast. Amazing customer service! These folks know vinyl!

Overall the experience was good. It would be great if the shipping was included and faster. Two or three days is about the max most people are willing to wait. My order took a week, but everything was smooth.

only criticism I would give, is that need to show product release dates and keep customer updated as release dates change. Otherwise great service!

Soundstage Direct offers great selection especially hard to find titles. Packaging is great & the album's sound pristine. I tell all my friends about soundstage Direct. When I've had to contact them with a question or concern they get back to me rite away.

Carries a good selection of music and has good selection of products. Very slow processing times, from time that order is placed. Have ordered twice now and had to contact them both times, because two weeks or so went by and status of order still said processing and there were no follow up emails. So far, they have very poor service.

Records were packed well and shipped on time.

I know that when I purchase anything on vinyl, it is always here on time and always packed well. If I ever have a question or concern, I can count on getting an answer quickly. You always do a great job!

It is good company, great celection on records. It takes little bit too long to get your order, that is why I give them 4 stars, but you will get it sooner, or later in a safe package.

I have found some really great original pressings and some limited edition re-releases that blew my mind on soundstagedirect.com. I have made several purchases from this site over the last two years. If I had to offer any criticism, it would be that standard shipping can seem to take a while, depending on what you order (5-20 days). I have had to call customer service to check on an order, and was met with courteous service and a reasonable explanation for delay.
