I had not ordered from Soundstagedirect for a while; but this purchase has convinced me that hat been a grievous mistake on my part. The service, selection, value are all very important; also, the method to their shipping is GREAT. I definitely will be purchasing more titles from this company.

I have purchased from Soundstage on a few occasions. I found that they are accurate in description, provide excellent packaging and are reliable. The only negative I have found is that they are a little slow on shipping items. That is ok with me though, as I would prefer to receive the right items the first time. Previous experiences (during Christmas) with others resulted in the wrong items being shipped with the correct person they should go to on the inside of the package. I did the legwork to contact and ship to the other person, in doing so I found that they had similar circumstances....needless to say I don't do business with them again. Overall Soundstage gets 5 stars and that is rare coming from me. rs

I thought when you advertise a product you had it in stock not so with Sound Stage Direct had to wait for over a month to get my LP.

I ordered an LP release of an album yet to come out. I got updated regularly, notified when shipped and arrived quickly,
So, I ordered another LP from them. Also, love the option to take the record out then have it packed and shipped. That way nothing will happen to the jacket.

Will not use again. Delivery took too long.

They pushed back the shipping date A LOT but when it came it was perfect!

I like Soundstage Direct for LP purchases but they do list and sell a lot of records before they have them in stock, so you can be left waiting for a while on some purchases. I've also had some damaged records shipped to me but in fairness, they work hard and personally to rectify problems. So, not a seamless experience but I generally trust them to get it right in the end.

I have ordered from Soundstagedirect a few times now. Their passion for vinyl is amazing with an ever growing selection of albums, including ones in my favorite genre original soundtracks. They package and ship very well and is one of the only places I will order vinyl through the mail because of that. My only constructive criticism is that the time table in delivery seems to be off. For example I ordered the original Ghostbusters Soundtrack, which stated would ship in 2-4 days, on Feb 2. It did not leave until Feb 10th and then of course the media mail time, so I got it on the 18th. If an album leaves later than expected then the shipping should be expedited at no extra cost to make up the time. That is the only reason they are not a five star.

SoundStage Direct is practically the ONLY on-line vinyl record service I use. Products are perfectly packed and shipped. Never a fear of damage and never a mix-up in my orders ( and I have been a customer for several years). Pre-orders are great and, although the timelines of the labels release is not up to SSD, the anticipation is like being a child on Christmas Eve. I've never been dissatisfied.
