I placed an order on the 6th of January paid for it on the 7th. I also subscribed I have emails 2 times and tried to contact their socials but no one has got back to me. The item has not been shipped for over a week and now I’m tied into a subscription I cannot cancel unless they respond. I will have to now contact my bank and put this down as a scam as I’ve not got any item and money has been taken and will continue to be taken until someone replies. Which I doubt they will. Do not subscribe to their supplements. You maybe will not get them I am horrified.
Ordered £50 worth two weeks ago after trialling a freebie that was good. Order has been cancelled on their end with no reason and no refund. I’m £50 down and no supplements.
I'd been taking the supplements for about four months before I happened to notice they were out of date. They ignored all my correspondence about it and it's impossible to pause or stop the subscription, I just cancelled the dd with my bank in the end.
