None existent customer service

None existent customer service. Tracking info ends with Evri recieving the parcel. Evri have admitted losing it and contacted sparetentpole.com. I have emailed sparetentpoles several times in the last 3 weeks with not even a courtesy reply.

Ordered Coleman event shelter in Feb…

Ordered Coleman event shelter in Feb 2025. Got email 2 weeks later from courier to say it was delivered. It wasn’t. Tried tracking using info provided - didn’t work as wrong tracking info given by Sparetentpoles. Phoned them, many times, before finally speaking with someone. He said he’d send a replacement. That was mid-March. To date (May) nothing and all attempts to contact company are ignored.
Do not ever use this company. I’d give 0 stars, if that was an option

Zero communication

We ordered an event shelter canopy next day delivery and two weeks on it still hasn't been dispatched. No communication from seller and doesn't respond to email. Now requesting refund from PayPal.

Poor communication,

We ordered 2 replacement arches for a Coleman event tent. Only 1 arrived in package (packing slip said there were 2)
Phoned the company, the man I spoke to was polite and said another one would be dispatched and we should receive it a few days later.
1 week later nothing arrived, I contacted again and left messages, no reply, sent an email and contacted them via their contact form on their website. No reply.
Phoned again and spoke to the same man who was very apologetic and said he would send again and again we would receive in a couple of days. Another week no delivery. Another email sent today, another message left. No reply from telephone.

Update: eventually spoke to polite man again, who said it was a mistake that I was told item had already been dispatched (twice).
1 week later all goods have now been received and everything resolved.
Happy with product.
