Still waiting

Try getting the thing shipped!!!! I ordered on November 11th and still don't have the Mug. They blame it on the post office and do absolutely nothing to help find out why they haven't delivered.

At least 3 months in and I still haven't received the replacement lids I ordered

I ordered replacement lids for my mighty mugs and the wrong ones sent out, I tell them this and expect replacements sent out as its not the product I ordered, since then I've had them asking for unnecessary information and "a picture to authenticate the product"

I'm sorry? I'm now being told I don't know what I ordered? Despite telling them exactly what I ordered????

Their customer service is non existant and they very very rarely reply

Unless you really are that desperate, don't go get and order anything from them

I ordered 2 mugs almost 3 weeks ago

I ordered 2 mugs almost 3 weeks ago. Mighty Mug has charged me for them and sent an email confirming my order. I have yet to receive any tracking info. I have sent them 2 messages asking for help with my order and sent them a DM on Twitter. I still haven't heard anything and it's been 5 days. Their customer service is non-existent. I doubt their mugs are worth this type of hassle.
