Scam company, 1 employee run from storage locker

Homevibe is run by 1 employee operating from a self storage site, not generally appropriate under the companies act, this appears to be a sophisticated scam with potentially hundreds of victims, many issues of failing to give goods and refunds but after 8 years they don't take note and change, it's a scam, don't order from this company

I ordered a anti allergy duvet and paid through paypal. the duvet was of such poor quality - the covering was very thin and budget standard. I queried the dispute through paypal, sent photos and reasons. The case was closed due to photo and information being provided when in fact I had. I will not order anything from Home Vibe again due to poor customer service.

Poor quality and flawed towels

Ordered towels through Discount Experts and was supplied by this business.
Very poor quality - transparent and one has a flaw on it.
I have been trying get sorted through DiscountExperts who have now fobbed me off to the supplier.
homevibedeals asked me to return although I am still out of pocket with the order and their £5.99 postage.
No mention of them offering to pay for the return postage.
I do not like being taken for ride with substandard items and inflated postage ch

Scam company

Scam company! Ordered items and paid £19.99 for Express Delivery. Never heard from company. Phone is a mobile which goes to voicemail. Have since seen reviews of company with loads of complaints. Will have to go through ny card company to see if I can get a refund. I've noticed there is only one review on here stating excellent service, from an unverified source! Wish I had never used company. Avoid at all costs!!!!
