As of today I am no longer a client…
As of today I am no longer a client with SPLG, I have decided that our agreement didn't work the best in my case. They were very understanding and agreed to end my services and refund the majority of the $$$ I paid.
I can't give more than 3 stars due to our situation and SPLG legal understood what the issues were.
This was a learning experience that could have been a disaster for me but in the end it all worked out.

Well We at least got our money back
As soon as I shared my last post, 5 days later Joseph at Stonepoint reached out to me via Trustpilot (I wish I could add a screen shot of the email but don’t seem to be able to do so from my phone) and asked for my information with them so they could confirm and then reach out to me. I gladly provided them my client ID which they could have used to find my contact information. What do you know..... NOTHING!!!! We did finally receive a check from them with the money that was in our bank. Once again. One year in the program, $9,000 to Stonepoint and $2,400 saved up. This is their business model people. Convince people they can help you negotiate lower settlements but they put 80% of your initial monies paid in to pay themselves, leaving you with no money saved up to negotiate settlements. I would be highly surprised if this company does not appear on American Greed in the next 10 years!!!

Christina deserves a raise
Christina was the best CS agent I have worked with in the last year at Stonepoint.
