I called the 855 401 1002 # sixty times in one week but was never able to get through. That means you are way understaffed, over cliented, or have an unworkable phone system. I faxed & mailed copies of the upcoming legal action. Absolutely no assistance from Stonepoint was forthcoming. I settled with Personal Finance myself. Fearing that the other finance company might also sue, I made a settlement with them. I have seen no reduction in the total that I will owe Stonepoint after taking two creditors off the table.

NOT HELPFUL!!!!
If I could rate them in the negatives I would. They hurt my credit score. They didn’t help me at all after 9 months of taking my money. They made me lie to get into the program and while I’m still trying to finish canceling this crap all I get is excuses for their lack of competence.
