Even though there was a huge error on original communication with myself l, the company and my bank I believe the situation has been resolved to the best of the representative ability. I was really in distress and she took the time to get talk me down. It is employees like her that make you company shine. I asked Christina O If I call back in on Monday if I could ask for her. I always get great service from CS
I always get great service from CS. When they have to refer me on to another department, I never get a call or email back. Super disappointing. Legal as well as settlement departments have never responded when CS has asked them to contact me.

Stone point legal has made this process of getting out of debt so much less stressful. Whenever I have needed to call them about a situation I was stressing about, they have been there. By the time I'm off the phone with them, my worries and stress are gone.
