SUP Warehouse has a great reputation, BUT

SUP Warehouse has a great reputation, but my experience wasn't great.

When my SUP arrived the box it was shipped in was just not up to the job for the weight of the product. The box was open, the fin and documents were missing and the repair kit was damaged.

Then i discovered the valve was faulty so i sent the SUP back.

And for that SUP Warehouse deserve some respect as they were very efficient in responding and have offered me a full refund.

Absolutely disgraceful service-…

Absolutely disgraceful service- returned a faulty paddle board with the promise of a full refund- they only refunded the postage and have £300 of my money. They have ignored all my emails since they received the board in August. Have had to escalate it with paypal and my bank and now action fraud! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!

Not received and no contact at all!

I've ordered sport air all round inflatable on the 26th Sept, 2022, given estimated delivery was between the 6-20th Oct, I have sent 2 emails querying delivery date and being ignored, still no board or email delivery date, not happy! The board was a birthday present and the birthday is November, I would like it before then please, I will be very disappointed if its not here by then.

no email confirmation receive when we…

no email confirmation receive when we placed the order. this left us in the dark about delivery times -we even feared we'd been scammed!

on a positive - you send a fairly quick response when we sent a query on the website -

I have looked into this for you and can see that you received our welcome email, to which you used the provided discount code.
After you placed your order you were sent an initial thank you email, followed by an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email.

We can see no reason in our system why these wouldn't have been received by you as you received the original welcome email.

These emails are all automated and are always sent after an order is placed.

I placed an order on 25th sept

I placed an order on 25th sept .
Had order confirmation.
Still no sign of it ( the birthday ordered for has gone ) i would understand if updated but i have emailed twice with no reply ( i have checked junk folder ) and no telephone number to call a human . If i get a reply happy to change review but am a couple of days away from raising a issue with the card i paid on and asking for this to be looked into by american express . I just want an update but without one will be forced to raise a payment investigation / refund

I have filled in the contact form…

I have filled in the contact form asking for support. In less than a year after using cleaning and storing perfectly, the board has a leak. The instructions say to contact seller to arrange repair and not to replay ourselves if the leak is on a seam. It now almost a month and I have still had no help
Or advice. I don’t think a paddle board this expensive should last less than a year. Please could Someone contact me for help. Initial experience great post sales support terrible with no phone number to contact.

Had some initial concerns that when we purchased this it was a scam due to the fact that we recieved no order confirmation just a very basic email saying thank you (literally just a sentance). However after emailing SUP wharehouse got back to us pretty quick and provide an order number and delivery estimate. SUP actually arrive sooner than expected and is as described. Only issue was no instructions so we had to google the product and work it out that way. All in all good value site. Only downside is that SUP arrive shortly after Southern Water scumbags decided to pump sewage all along the coast.

Would not use the company again

*They have now replied to emails and gave below advice. I am leaving the below review the same as due to the delivery issue & no phone number to speak to someone when querying things, I still wouldn’t use the company again. Yet to take board out but hoping fin will realign as company have stated over time.

I ordered the samphire board with the delivery window of late July/early august. It got pushed back twice. Each time I emailed I always got a response and apology. The final delivery date was three weeks later than stated and when we opened it, the second smaller fin was completely bent. The box it arrived in is in no way damaged so I can only imagine it was like this before sent out to us and no one thought to check the parcel when it arrived from their supplier. I emailed saying how frustrating this was and can you set the process off so I can return and get a refund and I have heard nothing. Nothing in my junk Mail either. Very disappointed with this company. Wanted to support a U.K. small business but would not use this company again. Waiting back to hear from them refund as there’s no telephone number to call and hoping they contact us soon so we can get our refund and buy elsewhere.

Very disappointing - holiday activity ruined

First day using our paddle board on the beach with very excited children and the pump breaks before it’s blown up. Fortunately a kind man hears this and we completed with his blue fin pump. We then take out to the sea and the fin comes off and we loose in the sea.
We are now second day into our holiday with no way of pumping up without paying out more money and there’s also a bump on the upside on the board- no idea what this may mean.

Will be returning when we get home.

Paddle Board Purchase

Fabulous company to order from. Board was delivered within 4 days.
Now that’s very good, kept informed of delivery progress by email updates. The added bonus was that when I contacted them for advice about the pump (gauge not showing pressure) they informed me to retry the pump again and let them know.
All in all can’t ask for better than that-happy customer and will buy again from them….👍👍👍

SUP Warehouse have been great!

SUP Warehouse have been great! I ordered two paddle boards with all of the equipment included. They were on offer and I got 10% off as a new customer. Very happy with the price, especially with everything I received in the kit. We have taken the paddle boards out 3 times now and they are brilliant. Very happy with the purchase and the service and I would gladly use SUP Warehouse again!

Disappointing

Construction details disappointing with glue marks and D rings on squint. Picture of the board and accessories showed two different types of fin but it only came with one.
