Great board, already enjoying it

I ordered a SUP nearly 3 weeks ago, made payment and after originally receiving an email to say my order would be confirmed shortly, I am yet to receive any other notifications.

I have messaged them via the website multiple times and haven’t received a single response.

I strongly suspect that the website and company are a scam. I am now opening a case to recover the cost of the paddle board.

I ordered via their website and used the ‘in stock’ list to chose a SUP

Go a email reply from them telling me it would dispatched the following day as high priority, By the end of the following day, I followed up as I have no tracking details they say that would be sent. To have the reply that the ‘in stock’ item is now on back order and won’t be available for a further month

I had same day replies to emails with customer services, but as soon as I ask for a refund, they have gone silent and do not reply. No other way of contacting them as they don’t provide a telephone number. The payment taken is not by SuP-warehouse also, but by a company called Sports Pursuits, who again have no telephone number

Opening a claim with my payment provider as appears to be soMe sort of scam.

Easy to view website, lots of choice and price ranges. Arrived as promised, can’t fault at all. Would recommend.

Really good company, one of our boards (we ordered 3), was damaged, we requested a refund, a refund was sorted quickly - very friendly and helpful customer service.
The other 2 boards are fine.

Arrived quickly and packaged very well. A great deal and a great looking board. Been out on the water since getting it.

A fantastic all round board. Perfect for any river use and stable enough for the waves of the sea. Only not giving 5 stars due to the fact the pump is not the best on the market and even needed an elastic band as a 'quick fix' recommended by the supplier. If this is clearly a recurring issue it should be resolved, not just wait until the customer asks a question about it to then provide a quick response. But love the board the design and cant fault anything else.

Item never arrived.ordered it way in advance as a birthday gift, waited a few days after the estimated delivery date for me to get in touch with them. If I hadn't emailed them then I don't think they would have been bothered. They said it must have got lost in the post. How does a paddle board go missing.... Would never order from this company again

I ordered my SUP. Yodel then returned it and they automatically refunded me . To which I then had to reorder another board when it finally arrived the pump is broken and the glue for the valve is coming undone. I was recommended to buy waterproof glue or replace pump at own cost. As they didn't have one in stock .
I've finally taken the decision to return it . This is no easy task
I will need to pay for packaging and hope they repay my cost of delivery and refund

There is no phone number so you can't contact anyone. Everything is done on email. You just end up preying it works out

Delivered swiftly. A cracked pump was replaced immediately. Excellent SUP!

Hi guys used pump to inflate sup and the pressure gauge doesn’t work …..so it’s been guess work . Tried on a few occasions to reach you but waiting time too long. The packaging was in a very bad state which made me overly suspicious ( also it was delivered in branded box which spoilt surprise for my wife) , the product is great and up to final delivery all was good . But there needs to be better quality checking . A new pump would be great but not going through the hassle of sending pump back and waiting .

Sent me the wrong order and with no pump for the board, no answer to my email about getting hold of the pump, I have had to buy one from amazon instead.

So happy with my new board. It is quite heavy and not very comfortable to carry for a long distance and pumping up that last bit is really hard going, otherwise am chuffed to bits with the SUP. Delivery was long and packaging was completely battered
