Could not be happier from the experience I had with Techeyes. From the very first time I chatted on their website, placing the order, shipping and delivery. They are so friendly and not the average online sellers that just out there to take your money. Tell them what you need, they will understand and will make recommendations. My man Curtis over there, thanks man, that Leupold rocks. Will keep an eye on your Elcan and Vcog next. This store is very highly recommended.

My husband and I both acquired night vision (Armasight co-minis) for night hunting raccoons and coyotes from Techeyes. Curtis has been the most helpful representative ever with moral support and technical information. Their customer service is outstanding. We will never hunt at night with regular lights again!! Techeyes has all of our optics business from now on.

Accepted both my offers. I've saved good money with this company. Looking forward to purchasing more. Accepting paypal is a big plus.

There was a problem with my order, my fault not TechEyes, and one of their VERY knowledgable CS guys, Curtis(?), called me right away and straightened everything out. My VCOG was packaged well and arrived quickly. Excellent vendor and awesome service. I can totally recommend TechEyes to friends and family.

The scope I ordered was discontinued, I received a email and a phone call to find a replacement. Customer service had a replacement in mind when they called, I accepted the replacement, however the next day I changed my mind. When I called to get a different scope it was handled right away. Oh yeah the D-740 scope is freakin' awesome. Thanks for great service, I will be back.

Purchsed a high end product that one never finds discounted at $60.00 below everybody else out there. There was a bit of a wait which made me nevous, but the real deal brand new sealed product did arive - thankfully. Only complaint I really have at this point was being shipped a $600.00 item with only $50.00 insurance by USPS. Had it never arrived, I would have paid for nothing!

I got the Flir Scout PS-24. Awesome! Everything I thought it would be. I love showing it off to my hunting bro's. Better yet, Techeyes.com gave me a great deal and still included free shipping. All the customer service people were very curtious and polite. The only issue I had was getting logged into their surver after the sale to track my package, but once that was solved everything was fine. I don't write many reviews but this one was worth my time. 4 out of 5 stars really sould be more like 4.75. A+ 5 star is reserved for a flawless transaction in which this one was pretty close. Get the server thing fixed and 5 stars all day long. Thank you

Has of the time of this review I have not received my merchandise. It's on the way to my home. The customer service is outstanding. They worked with me on my purchase and gave me an excellent deal. Everything that was agreed upon happened. Great people to deal with. Don't hesitate on a purchase. Top quality gear for reasonable prices.

I wa a little skeptical after I placed my order they called to say it would be a few weeks before they could get my scope in I knew everyone was out of this model so I said ok.a week or so later I saw one online and talked to them they said they had it on the way and sure enough in a couple of days here it was.They did what they said and were honest ,that getting harder all the time to find.will buy more from them

The price of the product was a very great price, the website was easy to use. I ordered 3 day shipping on an early Friday 6/20 thinking my package would arrive to me by Saturday 6/28. The package wasn't even processed til very late on Wednesday, so left for shipping Wednesday night and the UPS update said I'd receive my package Monday 6/30... That was unacceptable. They made me miss my much needed package. It SHOULD NOT take 6 business days for 3 day shipping especially when the shipping fee was over $20 for something that weighed under 2 lbs! It ended up making the product only a few bucks less than all the other stores. I regret shopping at Tech Eyes.

I started out wanting a riflescope with a white phosphor tube in a ATN MARS4 night vision rifle scope which I saw on Amazon. I sent an email thru the Amazon link to Techeyes and Curtis, a manager there responded immediately. We emailed back and forth a few times and he was most informative about the ATN scope and how it was a good choice even though ATN has discontinued that model. It has a wider field of view than the newer models that replace it. We emailed about the difference between the white phosphor and the green gen3. I changed my mind to want gen3. Curtis said that there was a sale going on and I could buy it directly thru their website. I went there and the Gen3 version was 26% off from their already low normal price. The sale price also included a hand held mono gen1 viewer for free, and an ATN T shirt. Free shipping too. I ordered it and received the unit in a well padded box wrapped with security tape. It was only 4 days after I ordered it. The scope is wonderful and came in a mil-spec Pelican type foam lined plastic carrying case. It looks like the entire unit with remote tape-switch and separate IR illuminator was designed for the military. I am very pleased with it. Also, the free included 3x gen1 hand viewer is very nice as well. I had never heard of Techeyes before wanting to buy this scope, but now I highly recommend them.

I was sketched out with the idea of purchasing from tech eyes because I had never heard of them. I was debating on purchasing from Cabelas or them and they were about a $100 cheaper so I risked it. I got my scope and every time I called them to check on the status of my package they were always really nice. This isn't a scam website you can trust them.

Product was on backorder for two months from manufacturer. Tech Eyes, in response to my calls, would call the manufacturer to get an update, then call me back and update me. As soon as the product became available, it shipped immediately. Great customer service.

Had a concern about the product after I ordered and they got right back to me and answered my concerns. Great experience and you can't beat the price.
