Excellent Service from AA – Highly Recommended!
I had an AA technician come out to replace my brake discs and pads, and I’m very pleased with the service. The technician did an excellent job, was professional, friendly and efficient throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, and I am really happy with the result.

Major Service on the driveway was convenient and we will do this again.
The mechanic turned up on time and he kept me informed as to his progress.
The full major service was carried out on my driveway and was kept clean throughout.
Any problems with the car was pointed out to me during and afterwards.

AVOID - GOTO GREEN FLAG
AVOID AVOID AVOID. A month ago they left me stranded for over 4 hours. Then, today, I arranged for one of their mobile mechanics to come and do diagnostics on my car. Had a text the night before to confirm they would be with me, as planned and paid for before midday today. However, they didn't turn up, nor did they call to offer a explanation, instead, I chased them to be told they wont be coming and they offered me next week. When I asked to talk to a manager they were all in meetings and the ignorant rude chap then simply HUNG UP! Im DONE with everything that has the AA associated with it and will cancel my insurance, breakdown with them. They are USELESS AND DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY IN THIS ECONOMY
