Ordering and delivery went well considering most things are delayed with COVID. We purchased the German HiPP milk stage 3 but it’s not nearly as good as the UK version. Much more difficult to dissolve and if the water is too warm will clump. Stick to the UK version

I was in an immensely stressful situation with my infant and I’ll forever be grateful to this company and the lady I dealt with for efficiency!

I love Hipp and buy this formula for my two children. One the reason why I like it so much is because it mixes very well with the water. Unfortunately, twice since I ordered with BabyBio, I have had lumps in my baby bottle. Surprised and disappointed. Hope it was just bad luck?

Good experience, shipping was delayed due to a Canada post error however I was given a free shipping coupon for my troubles. I gave 4 stars as response times to inquiries were a bit slow. I will order from them again.

Pretty shady that every time a customer leaves a real review that is negative, "someone" right away leaves a positive review to offset the rating.. Nice job Bio Baby,, I'm sure no one is noticing the fake reviews

Thank you BioBaby for communicating via email with regards to the status of my order and providing tracking information. To my surprise, Canada Post delivered the package a day earlier than expected. It is also very convenient to have custom/duty fees included in the price paid upfront.

Pro: when I needed to change my order to express this was done so fast and seamlessly for me ❤️ Which was so great

Con: one of the boxes of formula expired 3 months ago and when I sent an email about it I got no reply or exchange 😢

I like the product but I am a little frustrated because each time I want to order, they are sold out...

I sent an e-mail to the Bio Baby with a question if I could possibly send back the products I bought due to the baby’s allergy and never got an answer! Even though I keep ordering from the Bio Baby a different product now.

Didnt receive confirmation email and box arrived crushed. No packing was added to the box to protect the case of formula, it was shipped directly in the box it came in. However.... after not receiving a confirmation email, I contacted bio baby and they sent out the email and shipping info immediately. Also, where my package was crushed, it did not compromise the bag inside the box and no formula was lost, luckily! I HIGHLY suggest packing the formula box into another box with some packing materials between, to protect the formula boxes during transport. I got lucky this time but next time I will be requesting better packing on the shipment package.
All in all, the website chat is very effective and everything they said they would do, they have done. I would recommend trying out this company.. with a few tweaks. I cannot wait to try this formula with our soon to be baby.
