They are great. They sent me the wrong item, and literally within two days they had sent me the correct one. Customer service was very easy to get in touch with.

Only formula that worked for my baby was sold through this website. Fast delivery. However, i was questioning the reliability of the product after it was out of stock for almost 2 months.

My order was delayed and it was not until I followed up via online chat that I was informed that “there was a back order and would you like to wait or request a refund?”. At this point, it was later than I expected to receive my shipment so I did not make any alternate plans other than to buy small quantities of generic formula day by day as I waited. My baby refused the other types and I ended up spending over $100 on back-up formula options trying to find something that she could digest. No one had reached out to let me know of any delay of my 8 box order. When I reached out and finally learned of the back order situation, the person who was communicating via online chat said that they would see if there was even just a box that could be shipped out immediately- and they said that they would email me by end of day with an update. I never heard anything until 4 days later when my original and complete order was delivered and I received the automatic update via email. I had already sourced another company who I placed an order (at a lower price) with and received it the next day for a nominal fee. Your customer service is unsatisfactory and not competitive enough to order from your company again.

Second time ordering from here. Ordered on Monday Dec 23rd. Wasn’t processed until January 6th. Did not receive it until the 8th. No information was given even after multiple emails. No info on website stating that they would be shut down for 2 weeks for the holidays. If that was the case I would have gotten it from somewhere else. Since this delay made us run out of the formula that we had for our baby

Extremely disappointed with service

Would’ve been nice to know that there is no English translation on the box of formula.

Overall pretty good!
When I ordered my box of Holle goat formula it was processed immediately and was given confirmation soon after. I was very impressed with the communication! Was delayed shipping a day but otherwise pretty fast! I would have given 5 stars but my box of formula was damaged... I think it just needed a bigger box for delivery. My formula was sealed and still usable!

Terrible customer service! High price for quantity and shipping costs. No english on packaging. I placed an order six days before leaving for vacation after not only reading 2-3 day delivery on their website but also confirming with an online support specialist on their on-line chat. The formula did not arrive until 10 days after my order. I did not have in time for our trip and therefore had to purchase a different kind which did not sit well with my little one. It ruined our whole vacation. Although they acknowledged the error of delivery time they did not rectify the situation as I felt justified. Happy Tots is superior in every way
