this place is a massive scam do not book!!!! they do these flashy sales on insta they took my £1,599 then kept cancelling my appointment i am now blocked the owner has just been suspended indefinitely from the dental council they owe thousands to people some have even had CCJ’s put in i am currently going through a dispute with my bank who are doing an investigation i’m also in contact with trading standards and also instagram to have this scam removed off instagram for good!!!

BOTCHED WORK- NOW I KNOW WHY THEY HAVE TURNED “commenting off” ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS! There is hundreds of upset patients pursuing this company for botched work and a FB group forum of many currently pursuing this company.

Composite bonding done. Immediately unhappy with result- all uneven, dented, and discoloured. Within 2 weeks bonding has come away. Terrible customer service despite attempt to seek resolution. I am a Lawyer who specialises in personal injury and I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I have received. I have no option but to put this before a Judge to seek damages as I am about to incur extensive costs in having this corrected by a registered, qualified and insured dentist ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely DO NOT USE this cowboy of a company. All they are interested in is taking your money and then will cancel your appt at the last minute. Al the positive reviews in here are paid for, if you want to keep your money (and your sanity) please do not book with these charlatans.
Their phone number is also not working, probably due to the hundreds of people calling to get their money back.
They are fraudulent. They said they’d refund me 3 months ago and sent me a ‘remittance’ with a zero amount. Still haven’t had the money back.

Love my teeth very professional and was quick to help with any problems I had and quick to get me booked in to adjust.

My partner and I flew in for a week for full veneer makeovers and I cannot speak highly enough of the dentist. Great work and a very impressive clinic

I can't fault the guys here they did a great job on my teeth and for my partner too. The ride up to the treatment was a bit rocky only for the fact the phones never go through. I don't know if its fixed or not but when i messaged i always managed to get someone to call me so it wasn't the biggest problem. The dentist was 30 minutes late to see me but again not a massive issue. But i will say after having had them done, the dentist i had and my partner's one were both class. Incredible smile transformations and really comfortable treatment (we are both quite scared of the dentist).

Happy with all my treatment at dentalexperts clinic. Fatima and Jay were very helpful and professional in getting me booked back in after i had to miss a long appointment. Obviously with the terms and condotions they mentioned their policies of lost deposits when you miss your long appointment but... i was able to show proof of a severe family emergency and they showed me a lot of empathy which was nice.

The treatment got me booked back for a few weeks later and the dentist did a great job. All has been good since and i have sent them over 2 of my friends as new clients. Big thank you again for being so understanding.

I had permanent staining and white spots on my teeth that really bothered me. All dentists I had been to said nothing could be done as i was 21 and i needed to have veneers when I was 40+ but it really ate at my confidence. My friend came here and had a good experience and she recommended me so i went for a consultation. All pretty smooth and easy and lovely people who explained pros and cons on the phone and booked me. I went ahead at the dentists advice and i am so so happy with the result. They managed to cover it all up and make it look close to perfect and i did not need any drilling or to wait 20 years until i was older to do anything damaging to my teeth. Thank you to the kind older dentist I saw for being so real and open with me and giving me such blunt forward thinking advice. All the other dentists i saw before in other places were always so dismissive and patronising so this place was very refreshing. Highly recommend this place to all if you want honest advice and great quality work.

I booked treatment with dentalexpertsuk way back in october last year and had the misfortune of having been cancelled a few times due to ongoing renovation issues at the time. I cancelled my treatment in frustration and wasn't really looking to go back. After some time passed I was lured back in as three of my friends had all gone just after their new building opened and had treatment and all had amazing results and smooth journeys. This and their offer (which obviously grabs attention) drew me in again. Finished my treatment about 2 months ago now and I have to say that despite the rocky start they really came through. I had full mouth composite bonding and the dentist hit the nail on the head with exactly the look that I wanted. It really has made such a difference for me and I have not had any downsides. no eating issues, lisp, chips or breaks or any of the 100 things they warn you may happen.

I would now in hindsight definitely recommend the company as they do an incredible job at what they specialise in with the bonding and veneers but it's just a shame I started with a bit of an wierd first impression.

Overall i am very happy with all the work cant fault them bonding i had was quality looks great. I was a bit annoyed at them at the beginning coz i was only 30 mins late to my appointment and they said they had to rebook me back in even though i travelled from far. but they got me in next day so was fair enough. My girlfriend had veneers done with them few years ago and theyve been fine and shes happy. Customer service could be better even if youre late they should do more to fit you in.

I was referred to come here by my local dentist after he finished my Invisalign as he recommended them for bonding and didnt do much of it himself. My invisalign treatment lasted 8 months but I wasnt really happy with the end result because all my teeth were still small and didn't look at perfect as I wanted them. I was taken back after reading some of the reviews which were mixed between very good and bad so i didnt know what to believe. I was invited to visit the clinic for a consultation to see for myself so i could get some reassuring but everything checked out. I saw a lot of people leaving happy with amazing new teeth. I ended up booking it there and then and paid my deposit. One of the managers Jay who guided me through everything has been very helpful throughout it all and I would like to give him a special thanks. I ended up going for 20 composite bonding and am very glad I stuck to my guns and booked it with them as they really did an amazing job. Was such a change and exactly the look I was going for. Seen a lot of my friends who had bonding and it looks like they havent even had their teeth done at all! Mine really had an incredible change for the better and now I am much more confident. Well worth it and definitely worth the plunge considering I was nervous at the start.

I will show all the proof needed to prove this is an genuine review to anyone.

I saw the dental experts online, I called and got booked in quickly and just as quick they took £1700 for the composite veneers. I then found out I was pregnant to I couldn’t have my teeth done untill my son was born so I had my appointment booked for August 2021. For personal reasons I had to cancel my appointment, I spoke with someone I don’t know a name because their names seem to change all the time and they were so nice and agreed to refund my money which would take up to 21 working days… well after emailing and calling for now over 13 months they have blocked my number and ignore my countless emails. I haven’t got my money back. It’s not just me, there are so many people who are owed money but I speak for myself on this review and I want everyone to steer clear of this company.

Please do not go ahead with your appointment if you have one booked, it's not worth it.

DOn’t search for The Dental Experts Support Forum on Facebook to see more stories about terrible service, threats from TDE staff, and outstanding refunds if you’re going ahead with treatment as the reviews in that group will put you off.

My initial appointment was cancelled 4 times - I wish I had walked away then.

I paid for 8 upper & 8 lower teeth but only 1 bond remains in tact, all others have either chipped or fallen off.

The bonds that remain are different colours and uneven. TDE told me this looked 'natural' but I could try whitening. However, I paid £1,600 for bonding of 16 teeth - not natural teeth I had to whiten?!

Some of my teeth are so closely bonded, I can't floss between them and my gums are bleeding. My own dentist has confirmed this is because of the poor margins on the bonding and is concerned this could lead to gum disease.

I reported a chipped tooth, uneven bonding and a hole in my tooth THE DAY AFTER my first appointment. A manager asked to see me 'urgently' once she saw pictures of my bonding. When I saw her, she then asked if I had even had my teeth done as there was so little bonding applied.

When I went in for repairs, they told me there was nothing they could do for the discoloured & uneven tooth and said they couldn't add bonding to the bottom teeth. I would have left if I'd been told this in my initial appointment.

A manager told me I could have a refund in light of my poor treatment and dis-satisfaction, he said on two occasions he would send out a letter to confirm the terms. That never appeared and I was then told our clinical staff or any staff of site does not have financial authority" to promise me a refund via emailI and I had been misinformed.

Another manager made a number of concerning comments about customer service. When I mentioned a google review showing bleeding gums, he told me she was a lier and had been arrested for extortion against them and for harassing a member of TDE staff on Instagram.

He said it doesn't matter how many bad reviews they get anyway as they have thousands more people waiting for treatment

He admitted that their dentists should have a proper consultation with clients to explain more about bonding and review whether people's teeth are suitable

When I said I would leave a review, of my negative experience he asked if I was threatening him. That should give you an idea how bad my teeth look, if a photo of them is so bad it's viewed as a threat...

I have looked for the practice on the Care Quality Commission (CQC) website to find more information on it but it is not registered with them. All dentists in the UK should be registered with them so I’m now really worried to have had an unregulated service provider carry out work to my teeth.

I have recordings of all of the above and did attempt to resolve all of my concerns with The Dental Experts but they failed to contact me, so I've been left with no option but take the matter to the DQC, Trading Standards, my local MP and small claims court to just get the refund I was told I would get (twice)

UPDATE: Upon leaving this review TDE requested numerous pieces of information to prove it was genuine. Rather than trying to resolve the matter amicably once this was confirmed, they instead emailed me to say that I have expressed discontent with the clinic both on public platforms (in violation of our terms of continued work) and via email directly so they will not be able to attend to me going forward & consider the matter closed - please take this as an example of the service you would receive and avoid this company!

Also, if TDE spent as much time trying to resolve issues with unhappy customers as they do trying to get reviews taken down, maybe they wouldn’t have so many complaints.

I originally booked in December 2021 for 10 upper and 10 lower with a consultant called DR 1 who I was recommended to by a friend. I was called and delayed with push backs on many occasions with a final date confirmed for end of February with DR 1.The night before in the evening I was called around 9pm to advise they wish to cancel again when I have booked my train ticket - I explained the awkward situation they have left me in and they said 'OK we will do it as planned'. Upon attending the clinic they called to change the time to a later appointment leaving me to miss my train back and needing a hotel and another train ticket when the timebound they advised was VERY FAR OFF!. They asked me not to go to Harley Street due to work being undertaken and I had to attend a horrible looking surgery that looks like it wouldn't pass a CQC audit! I attended and was approached by the nurse to say DR 2 will be with you shortly - I explained I have travelled 4 hrs to see DR 1 as planned over several months and delays for. She called 'head office' and some women said 'DR 1 has left, tell him he will loose his money if he leaves'. The nurse had the the aggressive women on speaker as her English was not as strong. Due to this i was cornered and had to have it done or I walk away empty handed and even further in negative from the train tickets i have had to buy and change on a few occasions etc. The work was completed and i have not been able to close my mouth properly since and had instant discolouration and a chip on my bottom teeth and not able to eat properly as they made my top teeth too big causing them to pull away from my jaw. I have shown my teeth to others and they are shocked by the work and cannot believe the materials being used to cause the colour to go how it has when I do not smoke or drink coffee etc and keep a well diet and monitor sauces just encase. I have complained to the team and keep being pushed aside with excuses and failing to address all issues i have from not picking the phone up and never coming back when messaging or the struggles i had to even get my receipt of proof of payment.

Please do not waste you money and stay clear as myself and other friends who i have re-connected with have had the same issues with the poor work and the aggressive behaviour from the staff.

I have had to edit my review to remove the name of the 2 consultants as TDE has asked me to do so. Due to this, I have identified the 2 DR’s as 1&2 where DR 1 was my only choice I wanted.

BE WARNED THEY CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT TO DELAY AS A TACTIC TO WORK OUTSIDE THE BANK 120 DAYS DISPUTES.

THEY KEEP DELETING MY GOOGLE REVIEW BUT ITS ALL PUBLIC FROM BBC!

The Dental Experts were on the BBC’s, The One Show (Watchdog section) this evening showing just how bad their customer service is and proving that there are many people in the same position as me.

They recommended that dissatisfied customers lodge a complaint with the General Dental Council, which I will now be doing.

Having not receive my money back or been given any useful information on when they plan to refund me. Months have gone by with no sign that they plan to give me my deserved refund after horrendous service.

Horrific. They post Insta adverts which they turn off the comments on. They kept 2k of my money and I am being forced to retrieve it through my credit card company. You’ll see Trust Pilot have flagged them for using fake good reviews. It’s criminal how they can get away with this. Do not be their next victim.

I have been dealing with the clinic over a year, and even though my experience at the beginning wasn’t great I must admit that nowadays that experience would have been totally different. I am not sure if the management , ownership or anything at all changed apart from the address and the clinic itself , but they are actually helpful ,reasonable and genuine at the moment as is their work.only thing that needs to be sorted is the way of contacting them as a phone line is needed when something needs to be sorted quickly am easily.Nevertheless, they are pretty quick on the emails so cannot complain much. The 5 star goes for the fact that they actually made me reconsider and reverted my whole experience

Really good experience today nothing like the reviews I can’t say anything bad me and my step daughter both had composite bonding done. We was both very happy with the results.

I didn’t receive the treatment for composite bonding because they continued to cancel and reschedule my appointment to many time…
I asked for refund, and I haven’t received nothing from months, they do not respond to my emails and calls.
Don’t do the same mistake!
