I was really frustrated as I sent a few Instagram messages to get a call back which I weren't receiving however today I had a positive outcome which was very helpful and my issue was resolved! The best way to get in contact with dentalexperts is via email they will get back to you with in minutes and are very helpful!

On 1st June 2020 I received an offer via e-mail for Invisalign braces for which I paid £1,499
Subsequently I attended two appointment to do teeth imprints and received two sets of teeth whitening day and night through the post.
I called couple of times this year trying to make a follow up appointment but no one got back to me. I then could not get through as the number stopped working. When I eventually got through via e-mail I was told that they had no record off me. I received a phone call suggesting that I purchased the offer via third party and that it had nothing to do with the company.
I have an invoice from the dental experts and also e-mail invitations for appointments that were initiated by them, yet they insist they did not receive the payment and that I somehow paid to a third party company.
These people are scammers. Avoid at all cost!

Great service, will definitely go back again!

After booking my treatment with the Dental Experts, i came across the negative reviews on here which concerned me. I then went on to cancel my payment with the bank.

A day later i received a call from Karim and we talked through some of the poor reviews and why these things had happened. Inevitably, there are two sides to every story and the reviews on here were put into context by Karim.

My booking was kept and the treatment from Dr Sandra was fantastic. I'm really happy with the results!

My advice is not to be swayed by people's opinions and to make up your own mind. Have you ever been to a hotel that's rated no.1 on trip advisor and then you arrive and it's not as you thought?

We had an excellent experience with Dental Experts, the staff there are so nice, friendly and very cooperative, the dentists are so good, efficient and very well experienced, my wife and myself very pleased with the service and the treatment we received, I recommend them to all my family and friends and whoever is looking for the best dental experience, I can say very confidently that they are the best in this field.

Worst experience ever.
Cancelled my appointment (within cancellation period) back in February as I decided this was not the treatment for me. 6 months of emailing and calling, still no refund. So horrendous that they can do this to people. Going to have to take legal action, might attempt a trip to the dental practice first.

My complete and honest review.

First of all I would like to say that I had my teeth done yesterday, top 8 and bottom 8 composite bonding through the promo deal. They look absolutely banging and already receiving numerous complements.

Do not worry about the bad reviews, however the only point of improvement I’d say to dental expert is that it’s quite difficult to get in contact.

Apart from that really happy and feel confident in my smile!

I am very happy with the new smile,
Was one of my biggest insecurities.
The customer service is not that great tho, they need to step up in that area but overall i am very happy with the composite I have.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
I PAID IN FULL UPFRONT AS INSTRUCTED- to then have 2/3 appointments cancelled i asked for a refund in full how gullible was i this was in February! Its now august boredering September and all thats happened is been passed about and scammed with nothing i would just like my money back you scammers

After being unhappy with my smile for years I finally took the plunge and booked in to have a crown replaced and composite bonding and it’s been such a great decision .

The team are friendly , responsive and their dentists worked with my providing refinements where needs be to ensure I was 100% happy with my new smile.
