My whole family has been here to have their teeth done and we are all very happy with the work we’ve had done. Fatima and the other managers have really gone out of their way to make things easy and moved our appointments a few times when some family issues came up for us. I cannot recommend them enough.

They say there is a first time for everything; this is my first time been scammed out of money. The story is so bizarre I can convinced a Netflix Series will come out of the fraudulent practice of this sham.

A suspended dentist runs the operation; banned from practicing by the General Dental Council who found multiple counts of negligence. On review they renewed his suspension as they distrusted his competence - the case is to be next reviewed December 2022.

Everyone who works at The Dental Practice is involved in the scam and dishonesty.

I called another dentist to rebook my treatment and they said they had so many calls recently about this operation. It has become news worthy and soon all will come to light in court.

I'm sure you have got my drift by now, certainly do not recommend in parting with a penny to this "Company" as you'll not see it back without a fight through the bank or courts.

If you have recently been scammed get in contact with the ladies who are currently setting up a legal case against them via instagram.

I await to hear back from an FOI request from the GDA on how many complaints have been received in the last 12 months regarding this scam - I intend to use the information to inform media outlets nationally.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE! Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with any product or service. Let me tell you if you haven’t had treatment you probably the lucky ones. They are complete scammers and unprofessional beyond belief. You could not pay me to return here and if you are waiting for any refund whether you have had any treatment or not then you’re not going to. My advice it to get in touch with the necessary authorities. This is exactly what I have done. Let me start by saying all the 5 star reviews you see are all bots or paid reviews. These are not genuine at all. One in a 1000 maybe at a push but other than that do not let these fool you like I and many others was. They originally had over 1000 reviews on google but they have paid for all the negative reviews to be removed and started all again hence why they hadn’t posted for such a long time but now are choosing to send out offers on social media again. Keep an eye out for the reviews going up and down. The owner is a complete scammer and isn’t aloud to be practicing on patients even though he does. (look up on google to find his complete name)had a hearing in November 2021 stating he was not aloud to practice anymore and is suspended. You can easily find this on the internet if you do enough digging. The owner seems to have created the ultimate “ponsy scheme”. The company using social media marketing to put out offers to the general public (nothing wrong with this) but This is to entice the customers to come onboard with a fantastic offer at an affordable price. This is of course absolutely fine should these guys have plans to complete and provide this service. However, this company does not do this. What they do is get you to pay the full amount upfront with no intention to but keep canceling your appointments. I’m my opinion, this is to keep as much liquidity/funds so they can do this to the next person and the next etc. My appointment was cancelled twice but luckily I managed to secure a slot before a holiday. I had my bonding for no longer than three weeks and I had multiple chips and discoloration. One chip of which has left me with a gap between my teeth which I never had before due to them shaving down my tooth. I don’t smoke, drink coffee and hadn’t eaten stain like foods. When I had got back from holiday after a week I tried to get in contact. I secured to second appointment which I was in shock with and sat down and waited for a while to finally get see too. By the way, whilst I was waiting, there was multiple people in the practice crying, shouting and upset as they had travelled multiple times to get here and had been cancelled on the spot. You even had people coming in off the street coming into the practice wondering why they had been cancelled and creating scenes. It was a complete shambles. But once I finally got seen to and sat down in the chair the had me down for a completely wrong patient even though they called my name. When booking my appointment they said it would be a 5 hour procedure like before but then said I would have to return as they only had me down for 90 minutes. And they said I would have to come back for treatment that I was suppose to get takes longer. Since then I have had no solution. I have had around three calls with the owner promising me the world and never getting back to me. I have to call him and when I do it’s the same conversation as the last. The first call was really out of this world. The owner was swearing at me over the phone saying I was talking over him when all I was doing was answering his questions. The receptionists go out of the room to a private room to cancel people so we don’t hear anything. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know what they was doing. I went twice and on both occasions they was first day dentists probably freelance. I want to say more but i have exceeded the characters. Get in touch on google or that Instagram page.

Avoid this company! Worst customer service ever experienced. Who knew a company would blacklist your number so you can’t call them and they won’t ring you because they owe you money. On my first appointment (in October) the dentist couldn’t do the full treatment I paid for due to the placement of my teeth so I paid for 20 teeth In total before the appointment but I ended up only having 18 teeth treated, which they haven’t refunded me for. They said I could come back whenever needed within a year for any corrections. I returned once to correct my bite and a tooth at the front that I wasn’t happy with. The dentist fixed the bite but didn’t know how to fix the tooth although she tried (the bit that was annoying me has since broken off and I had to file the rough edge wi to a nail file because they wouldn’t answer my call or respond to my call request). Also the price I paid included teeth whitening trays but because there apparently wasn’t time on either appointment I couldn’t have this done and was told you book another appointment to have it done. Which of course I can’t because they won’t respond to me or book me in again.
Do not trust this company with your money!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!
So I paid full price ( £1516 ) for 8 upper 8 lower teeth at August 30th 2021, they then gave me a appointment 3 months later ( November ) as they were fully booked.

I then came in for a cancellation appointment, however they were only able to do my top set of teeth that day then booked me in a couple weeks later to finish off my rest.
I’ve then been cancelled over 7 times to finish off the rest of my teeth, I’ve been walking around with only my top teeth done so I look absolutely silly !! I’ve had to pay money each time to come to London. They then kept rescheduling with me but kept cancelling.

It’s now been 8 months !!! They promised me they would give me a refund which would take 7-21 working days. I am now blocked on all platforms, not able to contact them through email, phone nothing ! I’m so so so disappointed as they have been playing with my money for nearly a year now.
I’m currently in the process of taking legal action trying to get a refund through my card company & also raising concerns with trading standards & the UK Dental council.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here AT ALL. They DO NOT CARE about their policy & are so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They only care about influencers on instagram !

So basically this is the second time I’m here reviewing, the reason I’m having to write this again is because my first review within 5 minutes of putting it up after months of struggling to get hold of “The Dental Experts” I had numerous phone calls ringing me out, I answered to a guy who said he was a manager offering me extended warranty, a managers personal number for ease of booking appointments and to be able to get one within a few days, the guy was being very helpful and I even had in mind to come and remove my review as he had told me the ownership of the company has changed hands they’re trying to resolve everybody’s issues… until I got to the end of the call and he said “yeah so about the trust pilot review, in our policy it actually says if you write a bad review or anything negative about us online then unfortunately under our insurance we wouldn’t be able to cover you and do any more work or repairs on your teeth” at first I started laughing I said don’t insult my intelligence I was very offended he tried pulling this trick so I asked him to email the policy and I’d think about it. So he proceeded to send me this very hidden policy which is very hard to find basically stating what he said that you can’t show any discourage of faith or unhappiness with their work or you won’t be seen by them again, which I think surely is again the consumer fair review act??. Anyway after he sent it I agreed to remove the review and go up to have the repairs on my teeth, he said my warranty had been extended by a year for free and that he would send me a managers number (never did). I went up last week on Tuesday, went in felt it was very rushed had to wait from 12pm when my appointment was meant to be up until 12:45 to actually be seen to then I was out again by 13:05. In the waiting room I met another couple who had the exact same experience as me, wrote a trust pilot review got invited back for repairs but forced to remove the review. My teeth didn’t feel right I told the dentist this he said no your bite is better than before, less than 2 days later one of the repairs chipped off and back to stage 1 I am, no managers number, can’t get hold of them, can’t get an appointment, it’s an absolute nightmare, I chased them up for a managers number and they sent me the main number off the Instagram and said this is the direct number for management (it really isn’t I ring this number 20 times a day it outsources you to people working admin for them answering calls who aren’t even in London and can only request a callback off management for you). So at this point I don’t care about my renewed warranty, I don’t want these to touch my teeth again, I will be looking at taking them to a claims court for neglect on the work they have done, on some of my teeth I’m not even left with room to fit floss down inbetween them, no gap at all, but yet they think they can hold me at ransom and keep me from saying anything bad about them, think again……

The second part of this review is basically what my first review was because as long as that first paragraph is, it really doesn’t highlight all of the problems I and others have had with this company….

So in Feb 2021 due to COVID-19 I had a trip to Turkey cancelled to have my teeth done over there, due to this I started looking for other options in the UK and found the extremely cheap “Dental Experts” and paid upfront £1800 to get booked in for an appointment in May, my original may appointment was cancelled 3 times before I eventually asked for a refund and they said “we can get you in on the 25th July at 5pm, I got there all the way from Manchester to be told my appointment had been cancelled, I kicked off about it and they told me it could be done if I came back at 7pm so I left and came back at 7pm only to be sat in the waiting room until 8pm and then they finally started work on my teeth at 8pm with nobody else in the building apart from the “dentist” and his assistant doing my bonding, they had finished by 11:30pm by this point I was tired wanting to go home, they took a picture of me, uploaded it to their Instagram and sent me on my way, within a week one already chipped off whilst I was away on holiday essentially ruining my holiday as I didn’t really want to go out because my teeth looked a mess, I contacted them on holiday and they booked me another appointment for a month later, within this month another 2 composites had chipped off and they also cancelled my original appointment twice and I only got seen to about 2 months later with my teeth looking a mess, so many composites missing. The next lady to complete my repairs even commented about how they hadn’t set my bite correctly and she had fixed it and I shouldn’t need to come back, since then I’ve been back 5 times less than 12 months and had 8 repairs in total, I currently need 2 repairs which I defo won’t be going back there for, WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY TRUST ME!!!!

Composite binding completed today are being recommend to the Dental Experts by a friend who also had his treatment completed recently at DE and I have to say I am so pleased with the result from start to finish I received first class service, from booking my appointment to having the treatment completed

I would highly recommend the team at DE if you are looking for a slick and professional team to have your composite bonding treatment completed and a very competitive price 5 * company with a great team of professional dentists

Had my teeth done by a lovely female dentist, I didn't catch her name but she was the most senior dentist there. She talked me through the whole process and are me feel at ease, no pain atall , time fly by aswel

I decided not to go ahead with my planned treatment due to personal reasons. I spoke with the dental experts and I was reassured and comforted. They were professional and understanding, and informed me of the refund process. The refund process has been started and I am happy with the service I received. I cannot fault my experience at all and I look forward to coming back when I can

For unforeseen circumstances I was unable to have my bonding done. After calling, I made a visit to the dental experts and can only say how helpful the staff were. My situation was explained and I was refunded without any issue. The clinic is immaculately clean and fresh, the receptionists and the dentists were understanding. I have no complaints about my service at all.

Can’t fault the staff and Dentist,Both made sure I was 100% happy before I left and over the moon with my new teeth

One of the best dental experts I have seen in a long time the dentist made my teeth look as natural as possible I’m in love with my new teeth I would highly recommend

I could go on for a long time as I have had many phone calls, many emails and texts to this company. Long story short, they cancel you late on an evening before your appointment, they then provide unrealistic appointment times. I paid out for hotels, polish and cleans, took leave from work and lost out due to these last minute cancellations. We are talking cancelling at 7:30pm when due for a next day 9am appointment. They will ring you at late hours being very rude and will use bully tactics. Hence why I am only putting this review on now I have my money back through the bank. I booked this for my wedding due to the cancellations it was just unrealistic it would happen in time. I had many good reasons for a refund which was promised but it was agreed 7 working days then when I asked why it was not received I was told 21. Just a shambles. If I would have waited as they insisted all the time I would have been out of the time allowed to go through my bank but I saw many red flags. This is not a reputable company, they treat customers terribly, just please avoid at all costs. There are many wanting to leave reviews but dare not do so yet as they haven’t managed to get their money back yet and are worried due to their bully tactics. They flagged my review to have it removed so I am adding it again.

I have had 4 appointments cancelled since Sept 2021. Been promised over and over again a refund . Was first told 21 days it's now been 9 week. A few of my friends had it done. But they have had to pay real dentist to fix the teeth as they fall out. Scammers

I had my bonding done yesterday and i am very happy with the result. Dr Maria was amazing & very professional and gave me the beautiful smile i was hoping for.
The staff were all very helpful & professional too.
Overall i was very satisfied with my experience at The Dental experts and highly recommend them.

Still waiting for my refund for them cancelling me 14 hours before my appointment which was at 8am on the 6th May '22. It's been nearly 2 months now & not received any replies/communication from them.

Had my teeth finally done from this clinic yesterday. They did cancel me 4/5 times before actually doing them so that was annoying but now they’re done I’m so happy. Andrea has given me the most perfect smile, they were better than I expected and she did such a good job. Very professional and welcoming clinic once you get there.

Me an my mum had very good results with the bondings back in January and we came to this dentists because my aunt had a good experience here and so did my cousin.

My brother who also came down with us was a bit annoyed as he was told by the dentist when he was seen that it wasn’t the treatment for him. When he asked why he wasn’t told that the consultation they said that different dentists will have different opinions and it was in his best interest not to get it and braces would be better as his teeth were really twisted. He put in for a refund and kept getting the same email that it will be going through but he kept on getting more annoyed when he couldn’t call anyone when the lines were always busy. He got a call yesterday and thankfully his refund has now gone through. Good clinic for the work but the customer service needs work.
