The Dental Experts® 

Following 3 cancelled appointments, I was assured via phone call and email on the 13th May 2022 by (asked by the dental experts to remove name) in customer services that I will receive my full refund of £1516 by the 14th June 2022 and this still has not arrived, I need this money to pay for living expenses and will be evicted if I don't pay.

Why has everything been so appalling, does anybody reading this from The Dental Experts have a conscience? First I received 3 cancelled appointments and now a delay in receiving my full refund - WHY??? I paid using my hard earned money, you failed to deliver the service and now this!!! During phone call I stated to (asked by the Dental Experts to remove name) that I suspected that the company was a scam and she reassured me that The Dental Experts were a legit business.

Please return my money ASAP. I am legally entitled to money back and was promised that this would be processed within 14-21 days.

You already have my bank account details and since this is a public forum I will not post my bank details here though I have sent numerous emails containing those details. Please do the right thing and refund my money.

Amazing results,
I had an idea in my head about how I wanted them to look but after good advise they came out looking so natural and so much better than I thought! They really know what they are talking about, it’s definitely not a one size fits all clinic. It felt bespoke and personal :)

Andrea was amazing, best dentist i have ever been to. I have had a good experience overall and seem to be quite lucky in that i haven’t had any problems with appointments. The team at the clinic were lovely and the building was very impressive. I can honestly say that despite the negative reviews i have seen that the dental work and clinic is very professional.

TOM was absolutely lovely I spoken with him just on the phone on a Sunday morning! And he was absolutely lovely!! He’s booked me in for my repair and he put me at ease!! Thank you!!

Booked in two months ago and had to pay the full amount upfront. Less than 18 hours before my appointment, I got a text to say it has been cancelled due to staff sickness. I had already paid for hotels, driven 6 hours to central London and forked out for a private hygienist appointment the week before at £100. When I called I was told by Joshua “sorry the last team were really incompetent and double booked lots of people”. So the dentist isn’t sick?!? I asked for a refund to be told there was a big back log because of the double bookings so it would take 14-21 days! I understand that’s in their T&C but after having multiple private procedures in the UK, this is by far the most cowboy outfit I’ve ever experienced. The work they do looks great but it’s IF you actually get it done and you’re not just fobbed off with excuses!

UPDATE - 10 minutes after this was posted, they called again to say there was no staff sickness and I was not doubled booked. It was an admin error and my appointment didn’t need to of been cancelled! Even worse!! Wasted money, time for nothing! Beware!

Had composite bonding done today, my original appointment was supposed to be the 17th of June but due to staff being sick I was rescheduled for today staff were amazing very kind polite and answered all the questions I had so happy that I booked with them

WOULD GIVE -10 STARS DONT GO HERE.
Please don’t waste your money, appointments are always cancelled, they will ring you and ask for your bad review to be removed but STILL CONTINUE to give crap customer service.
Bonding isn’t done properly and you can still see your teeth underneath- chips within a few months and when you go back for repairs there also notched and not done properly.
None of them no how to organise a company or what’s going on with there own diary.
SHUT THEM DOWN

After booking with TDE, I was quick to read all the hype on this page and get caught up in the “scam”. But on Sunday, which was the day of my appointment for months I got exactly what my appointment was and what a great job it was. I am the first to put my hand up and say that the company is very difficult to get a hold of and I told them that on the day, but my over all experience from being there was nothing but top class. The facilities in Harley street are stunning. I can’t account for everyone’s experience but for mine there was no scam whatsoever ever. And if I hadn’t read all the scam msgs on this I probably wouldn’t have bothered the times I couldn’t get a hold of them.

The treatment process was professional and quick as with any issues the feedback was great and good timing.

This is an update of my first review.

We too were cancelled last minute multiple times & promised compensation for disruption & expenses. Don’t waste your time - ask them for a refund , you won’t get one, then go straight to your bank with the evidence that you have requested this refund & been ignored , also bring your banks attention to the trust pilot reviews for evidence. You can file a chargeback request online - you have to wait 35 days for the dental experts bank to respond. Don’t worry about time limits - I first paid in full in November and began this chargeback in May after being cancelled 3 times - I have just been awarded my money back via my bank.

This is the most corrupt company I have come across in my whole life. I booked for me and my boyfriend to have composite bonding back in January for the 6th april. Less than two days before my appointment they cancelled on us with no explanation and continued to do this a further 3 times. We spent hundreds of pounds on trains and hotels because they cancelled us such short notice so many times and as a student nurse, living 5 hours away and only being 19 year old this has been very hard to deal with. These scammers took £3032 ‘upfront payment’. They will cancel you and never actually do your teeth. So I didn’t cancel my appointment straight away they bribed me with 10% discount and an upgrade on my package, then back tracked and told me it was an error. Disgusting company how can you take thousands of pounds of innocent hardworking people? They lie and say refunds take 14-21 working days to drag on the process so they can STEAL your money. However, I know two victims of the dental experts that’s had a transfer of their refund over the phone (BACS refund). Wouldn’t surprise me if a Netflix documentary came out about the dental experts they scam innocent people and only do influencers to make people believe that they do peoples teeth. I am so devastated that this company would steal from a student nurse I work 40hours unpaid work for the NHS to be stolen from by another healthcare provider. This will be going far and wide if they do not give me my refund.

Anyone that's owed a full refund or partial refund from this company and have waited the 21 days or more please contact your bank to raise a dispute. This can be a debit or credit card dispute.
I have just done so and recieved my money back at the end of the call!
The bank will then take this up with TDE and retrieve the money back from them.

My story is pretty much the same as everyone else's and I can't believe that so many people are out of pocket due to this place.

Get on the phone to your banks. Mine have been fantastic.

Yesterday I had my Teeth done. Composite Bonding 8 Upper and 8 lower, I cannot recommend this company enough, professional caring and genuine,
I was put at ease right away, the results are amazing and I have recieved so many compliments from friends family and even people in the street, my confidence has increased ten fold, I have had so many people asking for info and wanting to get theirs done, I am happy to recommend this company, just amazing xxx

I was a little apprehensive about having my teeth cemented, but the dental at Dental Experts was fantastic! They were courteous and professional. I had no idea how much my smile had improved following the treatment. The niceness of the employees was the nicest aspect.

The Dental Experts have completely positively changed my look. Prior to meeting the guys at the clinic I was very unhappy with how the dentistry industry treated people. However, the Dental Experts changed my perspective. The service was immaculate, super fast and super affordable. I cannot recommend them enough. Special thanks to Karim also for the great customer service. X

Update!!! I never did get my refund from the dental experts ( as we expected ). But did manage to get it back from my bank! Thankfully.
SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

After a few cancellations and miscommunications I got my slot and I’m absolutely chuffed that my teeth could be restored to their former glory, the new HQ is beautiful and peaceful and the staff went above and beyond to apologise and make me aware of their growing pains and the challenges faced. I’m very sure everything will be A’star service from now on.
O I would recommend them to anyone because above all they will try very hard to appease any problems.

This company dental experts Harley street, doesn’t even deserve a star, iv had problems since November, constantly cancelling my appointment paid for train fares twice an still haven’t had the treatment, I’m not saying there work isn’t good, when it’s done but it’s getting it done that’s the problem, Iv had to now go to my bank to get my refund as they will not answer the phone to me or message me back on social media, tbh I would rather pay the extra an go somewhere else not to have the stress an grey hair!! They even offered me money not to right a bad review 😂

My daughter had composite bonding with TDE and was happy with the result until one ‘bond’ came off.
To replace it, they gave her an appointment for 2 months later! That appointment was today but 48hrs beforehand, they text to re-arrange the appointment THREE times! My daughter arrived to find they had moved premises; she had not been notified.
I believe them to be driven by greed and would rather inconvenience patients they have an obligation to, under their guarantee, in order to avail full paying clients coming for new sets of bonds.
Her treatment from the consultant today was rushed, abrupt and apparently painful due to rough treatment.
