Cancelled my appointment the day before after paying for hotels and to travel down for, with no reimbursement. Offered 10% discount off my treatment which I would get on the day, Still awaiting a refund. Messaged multiple times and I am now being ignored. Would not recommend.

Was happy with the outcome of composite bonding but the customer service / after care is shocking. I originally overpaid £500 and chased for a refund to no avail! A quick outing on social media and hey presto the refund was made. But now i have three chips in the composite bonding that is meant to last for 15 years and have been trying to contact the company to make an appt to have them repaired. Nobody EVER returns your calls, emails, online forms etc…. At this rate I will just turn up there . Very very unprofessional

Appointment was booked months in advance. Then cancelled twice at short notice, meaning the treatment was not completed in time for a special birthday. Money taken at outset, and whilst a refund was promised, it is now nearly a month later and no sign of the money. No response to emails, and they dont answer calls. Absolute joke - DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I had my composite bonding appointment cancelled and was not given a refund I have phone the police and am asking anyone on here who has evidence of transactions to this company to send them to my email I am trying to gather enough information to put forward a court case against this company there is some serious prison time to be done here for these people committing this fraud

Please avoid this company.

They took £1516 and I'm still waiting for the refund.

UPDATE: nearly 4 weeks later (over 8 weeks since cancelling and being promised a refund) and I’m still waiting for my money back. Like most of the comments on here they say they are having ‘technical difficulties’ in processing a refund. DO NOT USE.

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT REFUND YOU. HOWEVER I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL I AM REFUNDED MY MONEY!

Absolutely appalling customer service, for one they don’t know how to answer the phone, they read messages sent on Instagram and just ignore you or you might if you are lucky once in a while get an automated response. Waiting on a refund from 3 weeks ago, never had such a bad experience. Let’s hope a review may prompt them to treat ALL their customers, even the cancelled ones the same, if not, a report to their governing body is my next step! Avoid…from a very frustrated lawyer!!!

This has to be the worst company I have ever experienced. I paid UPFRONT £3032.00 for myself and my partner to have their flash offer of 8 upper and 8 lower composite bonding. This was in September 2021. I explained to them my line of work I can't be rescheduled or cancelled last minute as I work with patients myself so have limited time off. My appointment was booked for December. It was rescheduled due to covid. Re booked for Feb 22nd. Feb 18th after I had purchased train tickets and paid for hotel stay they call and cancel me. There would be no appointment untill the end of April so obviously I said ok I can't do that I'll just take a refund. They said yes we totally understand, took my bank details and said I will have the money back by the end of that day. We are now mid May and still no refund. I have tried everything. Calls, emails, social media and I get the same response, 'sorry we will get someone from management to contact you'
I asked what the hold up was and they said they have a new processing thing and don't know how to use it!! It's an absolute disgrace. £3032.00 is alot of money to loose and I feel like they are a massive scam company and should not be allowed to trade.

Not only are they ignoring my emails about my refund, they have now blocked my number. SCAMMERS! All reviews are fake, do not send them money!

These guys did a great job on my teeth, exactly what i asked for , would highly recommend

Dentist Sonata at Dental Experts did an outstanding job; I am very pleased with how my composite bonds were fitted by her, and the customer service representatives were also wonderful.

This company is fraudulent please avoid at all costs! They cancel you on the same day even if you’ve travelled hours to London and paid to stay! The worst thing is they’re rude and have no customer service skills they then refuse to refund you and always say they can do as they wish due to unforeseen circumstances! They then don’t refund you! All good reviews are fake! Visit their Instagram they buy followers and turn off their comments! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 cancelled appointments and still waiting for my refund for my partner and myself. Can’t get through to them via phone and no response via email!!!

Scammers avoid at all costs, they wouldn’t call me back about my complaint or refund but when I put a fake enquiry through they rang within a few hours and would’ve happily taken money off me with no intentions of the treatment ever going ahead.

Believe the bad reviews on here because they are true, for every bad review 5-10 fake good reviews will appear!!!

Absolute scum of the earth they are…..tell you it takes 14-21 days to refund but considering today is day 21 I still haven’t received our refunds of nearly £3500!!!

Please don’t be fooled by the “deals” they have, they are too good to be true as we have found out. Save yourself the hassle, do your research and get a reputable dentist to carry out the work. Unless you’re an “influencer” you won’t get your teeth done

Appointment was cancelled several times prior to appointment. Teeth completed they are not straight and some colours don’t match the others.

It took me 4 hours to travel to TDE in London and back, but it was well worth the trip; their work is excellent.

I am genuinely impressed by something I saw advertised online. I'm not usually one to take advantage of such deals, but it sounded too tempting to pass up, so I made an appointment. My checkup was two weeks ago, and I'm still shocked at how beautiful the composites look three months later.

This company is a joke - do not book with them!

I have got GUM DISEASE and I am in pain daily with my teeth and I am now having to spend double the amount of what I have paid on my teeth to get them fixed.

They have left chunks of composite paste on the backs of my teeth and completely bonded 2 teeth together on the bottom row that I can’t even floss - I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 months and everytime I call they tell me someone will call me back.

I have got through today and she’s telling me I have to wait a month for them to look at my teeth? I am in PAIN daily I can not wait for a month just for them to look over my teeth as I will not be letting them go anywhere near my mouth again.

I am current filing a case against them - they have completely ruined my teeth and I know I’m not the only customer who has had an issue with them.

So I decided to ignore the negative reviews and book my appointment back in Decemeber 2021 composite bonding for upper 10 and lower 10 for the price of £1900.
First appointment was booked for February, I booked a hotel and train tickets and paid for, because I am travelling from Devon, 3 days before my appoinment i was sent Txt messages to confirm my appointment plus also complete my medical history, then 2 days before my appointment they called me and cancelled due to the Clinic not being finished with the decorating/repairs.
I explained that I had booked and paid for my hotel and train tickets and the customer care lady apologised and I was promised a 10% refund, which I never got to date, my second appoinment was booked for March, again same again, txt message to confirm my apoointment and medical history and again it was 2 days before and I was called and cancelled due to the other clinic that was being used was full, this time I didnt book any train or hotel, third appointment booked for end of April, and again txt message to confirm my appoinment and medical history, then 2 days before my appointment they called me and cancelled without any reason, this time I lost my temper over the phone and the gentleman hung up, I then called back and a lady answered this time I asked why it was cancelled. I did explain that I would be better off having a refund and booking somewhere else and pay £4000 instead and she agreed and told me they would need to contact the dentist to find out why it was cancelled and they would call me back within 30mins to let me know and to rebook or arrange a refund.
It has now been 15days waiting, I have called the main office number 0204 532 3302 everyday, twice or 5 times a day without any answer and going to a voice message, I have also messaged direct on there Instagram page, and I had a reply to say that someone would call me, I had 1 missed call and a tx to call them back and to select option 2, there is no option to select 2! again no reply!
I have sent 2 emails, more direct Instagram messages all without replies or phone calls.
I called again yesterday and again no reply, I called straight after using 141 infront of there number and someone answered the phone, I explained that my appointment was cancelled, I gave my name and she found my details and my previous booked appointments and she offered me a new appointment in June, I asked what date and the lady on the phone said to me I can choose any date in June!! Now I know full well that this would be impossible to choose any date I wanted, but I did explain that I wanted my teeth done before my wedding which is June 26th, She then told me that she would need to speak with the Dentist to see when he is free, But prior to that she told me I can book any day in June.
For me they started off really good when I wanted to book, plenty of emails to confirm my bookings, txt messages too. But now, ignored as a customer, no trace of any refund, no calls to offer my money back, no email reply to apologise and offer my full refund for services that they could not deliver.
For anyone that want there composite teeth, just be careful if your unfortunate like me and so many others on this site you will stay away.

I'm glad I found out about these people; I would highly suggest them, albeit their customer support can be difficult to reach at times.

I wish i'd read the negative reviews before going ahead with these guys. I booked an appointment in December 2021, but similar to the other negative reviewers on here, was called a day before to cancel the appointment. It was moved to January 2022, cancelled again. Moved to March, again was cancelled. I then requested a refund, but they (a person called Jennifer) promised it would not be moved again and 'guaranteed' that I would have my booking reserved. To my dismay, I was called a day before my appointment in April to be told it's been cancelled. I pursued with a refund. They confirmed that it would be processed within 7-21 days. It's now been 28 days and no communication from them. I will be taking legal action.

SCAM! Please stay away from using the dental experts! I have no idea how are they still able to operate, they cancelled my appointment 2 days prior and after for applying for a refund I got told it would take 14-21 days, please do not listen to this as they do not pay you back. I have messages from staff who have now left the company because of realising what they do to people and explaining it is unacceptable. Please read the negative review and trust what they say. I will make sure I keep posting everyday to try and help others use other companies and not go through the agg I have. Stay away from these scam artists!!
