I highly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. I have had nothing but a terrible experience with The Dental Experts. Contrary to many other reviews I’ve seen, I was actually able to have treatment however I had visited London 3 times for appointments that were all cancelled the night before. The day I actually managed to receive treatment (months later than originally booked) the location was changed from Harley Street to a small clinic in Marylebone - there was no receptionist and I was waiting over half an hour over when I was due to be seen. Since then I have had numerous breaks in my composite bonding meaning I have had to go back to have these fixed. As difficult as it was to get my initial appointment I would go as far to say their aftercare is an even worse experience. You are unable to get through their customer service phone line, the only way I have been able to make contact is via social media platforms where my messages have been ignored for days on end. It is only through perseverance that I have been able to get through. I was booked in today for yet another fault to be fixed, I travelled 124 miles to London last night just to be called at 18:30 cancelling my appointment. This is the 5th time this has happened to me. I have seen countless reviews that describe identical/similar experiences to mine. Going to The Dental Experts is 100% not worth the cheaper rates they offer - I highly advise others to avoid using them.

Absolute joke these people are firstly they decided to ring me 6pm the evening before my appointment to cancel on me and put me back a month I lost a night's hotel fee also booked the day off work so lost that too they said that they would give me 10% back on my appointment day then just gave me a email address and said that I had to go through refunds this way this was September 21 still no refund to this day 7/5/22 they don't reply to any messages I've also noticed you can't comment on any of there posts on Facebook or Instagram and to top it off the white bonding don't last long for 2k I was expecting roughly 4 years nice an white what a joke

The dental experts is a shocking and disappointing service. I paid to have composite bonding and within the year literally had over 10 breaks. Waiting long times to get through and then waiting even longer for an appointment. Appointments cancelled last minute to appointments attended and no one evening coming to greet me at reception. On more then 3 of my appointments I waited over an hour and had to end up leaving. The money is cheap because the service and quality is appalling. I left messages and wrote complaints and never heard back from any of them. I’ve never felt so ripped off in my life! A real and disappointed customer.

This company is a complete scam** I am currently looking in to options to get an article published regarding my experience with dental experts
I will also be reporting this company everywhere possible – They cant get away with stealing people’s Money.
I’m sure there are many girls/guys with similar story’s ( THE POWER OF SOCIAL MEDIA is amazing) - I not only want my money back but I want to ensure this dose not happen to anyone else.

*** Make sure you record all call conversations you have with this company, I'm glad I did that especially the manager telling me the only way to get my refund was to remove the reviews they're now trying to take me to court for, I never trusted them. This company has clearly lost their moral compass. They caused me nothing but mental anguish and I was never compensated yet they want to take me to court for reuploading my reviews that they forced me to take down and want to claim compensation.

They have time to try to take me to court but don't have the time or should I say, they love to drag the time to give people their refund IF they decide to. Maybe it's customers refund they're going to use to take me to court? Lol

I've never in my life seen a company come after people for leaving a review and opinion according to their experience and what they've heard and seen but I guess there's a first time for everything. I guess what else did I expect from a company that takes months to refund you and that's if they refund you? I think I'm just lucky because some people are still waiting longer than I was of nearly 6 months. They don't even follow their terms and conditions, only when it suits them.

Just to let you know that their customer service email works just fine, they just choose to ignore you. I sent emails in the beginning of march but they never replied.
After re uploading my previous reviews, they contacted me via the same email within 2 working days with a letter stating that they were going to take action against me for my negative reviews and they might take me to court for compensation of giving their company bad reputation and causing them stress and financial loss. I've got to say this was funny to me. I am not the only person that has had a negative experience with this company. They are responsible for their bad reputation, financial loss and anything that comes with their actions. One thing I notice here is their lack of accountability.

They told me to remove all my reviews and not to post any negative reviews on any platform or they might take me to court. I amended my reviews accordingly but they will be left there.
I've asked them to make this case public when they do decide to. Hopefully others can get justice too.
How this company still exist? Still amuses me till day.

100% scam, I have been waiting on a refund for over a month after being promised it back in no longer than 21 days, should have known after being told to pay in full before the appointment! Do not use this company!

Update! My bank got all my money back within 3 days of me contacting them! This is classed as fraud. Contact your bank asap before they go bust.

Cancelled again for the second time! The day before. My Dad works for the BBC news so this will be all over social media shortly. Waiting on a refund from over 3 weeks ago. Agreed a 10% refund as an apology but surprisingly it’s hasn’t appeared and the rude person on the phone just told me it’s a rebate and you don’t get you just keep it on your account?! All lies

I can’t even believe this company has not been stopped from trading what they are doing is criminal!!

I bet because its been the bank holiday weekend the one star reviews have all crept up on their trust pilot page.. give it a day or 2 and there will be another flurry of fake 5 star reviews to push our negative ones down and boost their score until Trustpilot removes them.. don’t fall for it!!

I booked for 8 uppers & 8 lowers composite bonding back in October 2021. (Increased to 10 uppers and 10 lowers in Jan just before my appointment). God I bet they couldn’t believe their luck when I called up and said I wanted to give them more money!! They said they could not see me until end of Jan so I waited, paid for a full Descale and polish 2 days before my appointment, and about an hour after my dentist appointment they called me to cancel. I was so annoyed but gave them the benefit of doubt and rebooked for the beginning of March. Yet again went to the dentist for my descale and polish a few days before the appointment, and Yep you’ve guessed it, they cancelled again.

At this point I had parted with £2335 for the treatment + £150 for dentist cleans, been waiting 6 months since initially booking so I said I think I’m just going to cancel and go elsewhere. The person I spoke to on the phone offered me a partial refund if I rebooked so I agreed (should point out I wasn’t going to get this refund until after I’d had the treatment done.. I said at the time that’s a massive red flag and I’m not happy about it, so annoyed now I didn’t just trust my gut and cancel then!!)

So I rebooked for April, however before my appointment I was looking at reviews on Google to see if other people were having the same experience.. and I noticed 2 identical reviews from 2 different names.. alarm bells!!! These good reviews are fake!! I did think it was odd they kept having a flurry of 5 star reviews. So then I go and look on trust pilot and yep there it is.. the big red warning about misuse on this page. So I email TDE immediately to cancel.. as if I’m letting these untrustworthy people anywhere near my teeth!!

And sure enough as everyone else is reporting.. the pain of trying to get a refund back has started. I’ve waited the 21 working days they declare and still nothing. Someone called me at the end of last week but just kept saying very non committal things about “I’ll speak to accounts”.. “I know you’re priority for processing the refund” this is an absolute JOKE! It’s a refund it doesn’t take that long to process they have no intention of giving me my money back. I will now be filing a section 75 claim with my credit card provider to hopefully get my money back. If needed I will also report them to the police, the financial ombudsman.. anyone who will listen and can stop these people taking anyone else’s money!!

How these people are allowed to continue to practice I have no idea? Yet again another visit? No 4 in 8 months , after being threatened yesterday by Fatima Ali over the telephone that “ If I don’t remove my review I won’t be seen “ although stated within the 4 corners of their contract once they’ve taken your money you receive 12 months after care , they don’t care full stop .! Once you’ve paid customer service goes out of the window… I’ve had issues from day one with the teeth being different shades of white two that chipped and one that totally fell off… don’t think that their shiny new practice at 60 Harley street shows any type of improvement… I done as I was told , removed the review turned up today for my appointment only to be told I had to go elsewhere! Got there only to be told the dentist that was seeing me wasn’t even there his door was locked… I’m so angry and disappointed only with myself that I didn’t read the reviews on Trustpilot ! Their practice history on companies house is not very desirable either but hey Ho … I’ll pay to put right the shody job The Dental Experts have left me with .

I payed in full for 8 upper and lower teeth over a year ago! I have had my appointment rescheduled 4 times which now means I have been waiting over a year.
On this last time I asked for a full refund.
The communication has been terrible throughout this process but suprise suprise as soon as I ask for a refund I get 3 calls a day offering me a part refund and 10 rather than 8 teeth free of charge.
Turned this down and was told 7-21 days for a refund, we'll almost a full month layer and no refund. Avoid this company, they will take your money and you will get rescheduled the day before your appointment every time ! Many wasted days off work and 4 lots of wasted train fair and almost 2k out of pocket !

I paid upfront for the composite bonding deal and changed my mind after reading reviews (cancelled within the 12 days cooling off period) and still haven’t had my money back after 2 months!!
I have been ignored by emails and calls and been promised calls back multiple times and still haven’t had one! I will be taking this to every social media platform now and making sure no one else books are with them absolute robbers and scammers

Had my teeth done back in September 2021. When they cancelled my appointment, they said they would give 10% back as a goodwill gesture which i was happy with. We are now coming into May 2022 and i still have not had my money back. They ignore all my emails and calls. So unprofessional and disgusting customer service. This will be taken further. Do not recommend at all!!!! Stay away!!!!

i my self this year had terrible experience with TDE
and was asked by there customer director GP in a email
saying she was sending my teeth photos to a other dentist at the company and would i take down my review when i replied to customer director GP i would not take down my review i did not hear from her again just emails saying she was of work ill i kept phone records email records of time dates of all calls i would never recommend the TDE to any one and i have just read others reviews to day and so shocked
my advice keep all records GP will phone email you
saying she will look in to the issue but inless you take down your review you wont get any thing done to fix your problem so keep putting your reviews so to inform others trust pilot is a great platform for telling the truth

UPDATE….. just received a call to ask me to remove my review and they will look at processing my refund!!! It is my money and you have no right to keep it!
They should be processing my refund as they have stolen my money and not provided a service!!
So no I won’t remove my review and I will continue to update it with how much of a scam this is

Avoid at all costs, an absolute waste of your time and even more painful trying to get a refund! They schedule your appointment months in advance, cancel on you the day before and then tell you a refund I’ll be issued in 21 days! An guess what still no refund and all communication has stopped at their end! For your own sanity avoid this company at all costs! I was given 3 different addresses and upon contacting them all 2 told me they hadn’t heard of the dental experts other than phone calls from customers trying to trace them and one said they ceased trading last year an they didn’t know where they had moved to! I was told building works where happening so my appointment time was changed 3 times an then cancelled as they didn’t have a building available to carry out the work! Absolute nonsense!
This is one big scam, my advice would be go straight to your bank and request a chargeback before it’s too late and they get to keep your money cos that is their only intention

I entered into an agreement with with the “Dental Experts” on the 9/02/21. It was since entering this agreement that I realised that the good reviews that were left on this page have been purchased by the “Dental Experts”… and that they had a reputation for cancelling booked appointments or just doing a bad job when it came to treatments. It also came to my concern that the address on Companies house changes frequently. I therefore decided it was best to request a refund for the composite bonding I’d booked, this was on the 16/02/21 (literally a matter of days between booking my appointment and cancelling). I then received my next response on 7/03/21 where they told me it would take 21 working days to receive a refund(?!) I have since been in small contact with them where they told me they were experiencing “technical difficulties” in processing the refund.
To this day, I currently cannot get through to contact them via phone, email or Instagram direct message (@dentalexpertsuk) so it has left me no option but to get in touch with the General Dental Council as well as seeking legal advice if I do not receive my refund in a maximum period of 14 days - as per my latest email I have sent today.

I really wish I’d done further research into this scamming company, and I will not question taking this matter further as it’s clear to see I am not the first and I will not be the last. I would not leave bad feedback for a company if it was not genuine - I just don’t wish for anyone to have to go through this fighting battle if they do not have to.

As mentioned by other customers who have been treated in such a bad way by this company, keep ALL records of communication and record all your conversation with “Dental Experts”.

Avoid!!!!! Had an appointment booked for my partner Daniel back on the 19th February, received a call 3 days before saying that the dentist is not available and they can reschedule 3 months later…. This wasn’t suitable so the agent said that we could apply for a full refund, over 8 weeks later and no refund all they say is that someone will be in touch and no one gets in touch!? After reading through trust pilot reviews it seems this is happening to so many people, the service has been awful and we are £1495 out of pocket for treatment that was cancelled.

After paying in full months ago I’ve had my appointment cancelled 3 times so that’s 3 scrape and cleans I’ve paid for 3 lots of travel and 3 lots of hotel! My appointment was meant to be 2pm on Friday! At 8.30 am today I received a text saying it was 8 am and then after I received one saying 8.50! So I called them and emailed management so I received a call back from “management” confirming 8 am so I rearranged my hotel paid for more travel! Literally 20 minutes later a rude women called me saying they can’t do it on that day and didn’t know when. I am absolutely livid the customer service is shocking I’ve lost so much money on travel and hotels! Please believe the reviews I paid months ago and still haven’t had them done! Yet they are still booking people all over social media!! Shocking disgusting behaviour

I claimed my money back through the bank this morning the same women from yesterdays call rang me as they saw I got my money back (funny that) seeing as I been waiting again for another manager to call as soon as I charge back they rang me and said they would get me on asap so I said ok I’ll have my usual appointment Friday she said we can’t do that we can do next week! I said ok but I’ll pay in full when I’m there not over the phone! I’ve had enough now I don’t even want to go back! I’ll rather save more and go to turkey! Nobody knows what they are doing and it’s a different excuse every time! November I paid and still nothing! Don’t bother wasting your time and effort at this point I don’t want to go back no matter what they offer
SAT the 23rd….was told they would reimburse me for my hotel then someone emailed me and said they will only reimburse me when I book in again I told them don’t try and blackmail me I’m not booking in again but low and behold still no refund for hotel! My best friend was booked in with me and she thought she give them one last try and they cancelled on her again! At this point the company is laughable! I’m off to turkey £1k more guys but no bloody hassle! Most rude vile company and staff I’ve ever came across hope they get shut down soon because they deserve it!!

Poor customer service and have to had to raise a case with financial ombudsman and my credit card provider! First I was impressed that I could be offered a full refund any point before my appointment and for personal reasons I chose this and cancelled the appt and requested a refund. I was told this would take maximum 3 weeks and I have been chasing for 8 weeks. Each time I chase I get the same blanket reply from their representative on WhatsApp and when I call I am told someone will call me back which never happened. When they did finally call back after 10 days of trying, I was told they could not give me a timeframe to when could provide my refund and I was given a lot of unprofessional excuses. They do not commit to their own T&Cs and they do not seem to care about resolving customer issues. A lot of undue stress and would really advise to be very careful when giving this company your money, it has been a nightmare. Same feedback from a friend of mine who has used them as well.

I have just had a call from Dental experts by a lady, who basically said that they will only offer me a refund if I remove my negative review on Trustpilot.

This is absolutely disgusting and appalling and black mailing behaviour.

They refused to offer me a refund if I don't remove my review.

I am now reporting this company to the police for fraudulent activities, stay away from these blackmailers.
