Robert is polite and hard working. It is clear that he cares about his customers and is keen to do a good job. I am very happy!

The team who turned up to do my works were smart, punctual, friendly and diligent. They worked extremely hard and did a great job I cannot recommend them highly enough, they were excellent

The team visit fortnightly at present, and complete all tasks to required standard. Additionally if I’ve been on site they have interacted very pleasantly. Sumarised for a reasonable price the service is brilliant!

Excellent service. Easy to set up and cleaners proved to be friendly, hardworking and efficient. It was as if fairy godmothers had suddenly arrived to to take away some of the burden of the housework which gets neglected when you have small children and have to work. It was absolutely wonderful.

Great service and really great team. The scheduling and automated email reminders the night before are a great idea. Totally trustworthy and really hard working. Happy customers that would definitely recommend Thomas Cleaning.

Came home again to another lovely clean house, Fidelma and Liz are great! I have no idea how I managed before them coming in. I call them the cleaning angels! They’re always on time, great communication and very thorough. To top it off they even have a cute pink car which my daughter loves!! Can’t reccomend them enough. It took me a a long time, battling with a few private cleaners and some company’s to get through to find the right ones for me and now I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else! Thank you ladies x

Thomas cleaning charged me £2 more per hour to clean our holiday rental. They left the front door unlocked, a nasty pair of plastic gloves by a bedside, one of their spray bottles on the kitchen table and lights on. Not what a rental guest expects. They then told me, when I complained, that they could no longer work for me.

An efficient and professional team of three cleaners showed up and transformed my home in the blink of an eye. Fantastic service.

Came on the time that they said they would and got straight down to work and after 1.30 hours my house was done to my satisfaction, Thank you.

Really poor experience with the Basingstoke franchise. Cleaning visits started well and most of the cleaners work hard, but they always seem to be under extreme time pressure and visits have been getting gradually shorter (but we're still paying for the full time!). I raised this and was abused verbally for doing so by the franchise owner's wife! Today, on arrival, they said they would not do the ironing which was agreed only yesterday with the franchise owner (they had turned up with the wrong number of staff to do the agreed work), and again the owner's wife lost her temper when I queried this, started shouting at me and left the house slamming the door behind her! Her poor colleagues looked shell-shocked by her behaviour. They don't provide a cheap service, and although the cleaning is generally of a reasonable standard, the attitude of the leaders of this franchise is unacceptable and reflects terribly on Thomas Cleaning. I was promised a call back today to try to resolve the matter and this has not happened either.

I’m a busy full time worker and mum and don’t want to spend my weekends cleaning. I love coming in after my house has been cleaned by Robert. He is so thorough my house has never been so clean :-)

I have been using Thomas cleaning for 2 years they always deliver the same high standards of cleaning and are extremely reliable and happy to do any job you ask. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are a lovely team and nice people to deal with.

Arrived on time , despite awful weather conditions. Did an excellent job, also great communications with the office and schedulers. Very professional organisation.
