Thomas Cleaning do a great job. They come in and get down to it. No frills very polite, ask what I would like them to do, and they get on and do it. They leave when finished and the place is sparkling. Would recommend them without reservation.

Sheila, gary and lewis are a whirlwind of goodness. They are trustworthy, polite, hardworking and provide a great service. We have had weekly cleans from them for over a year and couldnt imagine being without them. They take the stress of those chores i dont have time to do due to my wife being disabled and having a 17 month old son. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for cleaners who become part of the house and also what i would like to call some new friends.

This is the first time I have used a professional cleaning company. They were efficient, gave a thorough clean, bathrooms like new and were friendly. I also have been impressed by the communications and no hassle way of booking the service. Looking forward to my next weekly clean.

I would definitely recommend Thomas Cleaning. I've never had help before, but now I wonder why I didn't do this sooner! Just 3 hours of Sam in my house has removed so much stress for me. All those jobs that I never get round to doing are finally getting done! Sam fits in and just gets on with it so practically and efficiently. She's warm and friendly (even my discerning dog gives her the thumbs/paws up!!). The communications from the office have been excellent too, and I feel like I'm really on to a good thing here. Bit of a life-changer actually.

Inadequate information and poor job with the cleaning.

I booked an "end of tenancy deep cleaning" with Thomas Cleaning. First of all, I wasn't asked at all whether we require carpet cleaning as part of it, and I didn't even expect that a deep cleaning wouldn't include it. Given, that 80% of the flat has carpet floor, there was no chance to get everything cleaned from the get go.

I did some basic cleaning before they arrived to be able to see whether we only get a surface cleaning or a proper one. Unfortunately I couldn't see any major difference afterwards about the state of the flat. One of the reasons of this is that the 2 cleaners didn't stay a minute longer than the minimal 1.5 hours, that seemingly only included hoovering and washing up that we could've done for free.

The inspector had the same opinion, as well as the owners, who had to spend an afternoon with finishing up the cleaning, and to charge us for that.

Any positives? Well, at least they arrived in time and they only charged us about £78. A lot less than what we were charged for the poor job.

All in all, I'll never choose Thomas Cleaning again.

First time I have used a cleaning company with flexibility to vary according to how often you need a clean to meeting individual requirements, very pleased with professional and friendly service through clean happy customer.
