Rejected our entry to London fireworks..

Waited around 3 hours.

Tried contacting the company many times via email no response.

If there is negative negative star, I would have rated you with it! 152070. That is my order number for the NYE tickets that you sold in illegal way! Scammers!!!!!! Give kur money back!!!!!

Pay attention to them! They have stolen my money and then disappeared. Paid 4 tickets for London fireworks, as the tickets were fake (otherwise they would have letting me enter), they simply ignored to my emails. Liars, hope they will get to jail.

Do not use this site, SCAMMERS. One of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I have had. Sadly, it did not only affect me but my family as well. I got tickets for all of my family for Mayor or London fireworks New Year's Eve 2024/25. Although i provided all the information and paid a quite substantial amount for the resale tickets for all my family besides the 75 pound handling fee which was a joke since they did not even change the tickets to my information, we were not allowed to go in, as our tickets were not on my name but the random people i got them for. Thus me and my family were denied entrance.

If that was not enough, the people of the Sales apt after with proof I showed them of all of the situation details, answered my first email, talking about a further update in 48 hours for a compensation and the next steps. Of course they have disappeared, answering no emails and avoiding any contact like a proper SCAM website!

I was kicked out from London NYE firework event as they said it's scam. and I received an email that you guys are going to be touch with me for refund in 48HOURS. I HAVENT GOT REFUND YET AND I ALSO SENT AN EMAIL on 11 Jan BUT NOT REPLIED YET. CAN YOU EMAIL ME AND REFUND MY TICKET PRICE. YOU RUINED MY NEW YEAR AND NOT REFUND YET

Purchased tickets for NYE fireworks and I never received the tickets at all. I’ve contacted them via email on a number of occasions and haven’t received a response or a refund.

A special night was completed ruined.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We bought tickets for the London NYE fireworks and experienced the same as many others. The tickets were provided via email (barcode) and were falsely rejected by the ste by assuming those are fake.
Ticketapt addressed the problem and refunded the money back after 1 week. It was a bad experience on that day, but I understand this was not the fault of ticketapt.

Dont buy any ticket from these guys, they sell fake tickets to people despite multiplying the original amount, they sent me fake tickets to london NYE fireworks. An unpleasant experience for me

Bought 4 tickets to the London NYE firework event, traveled all the way from Trondheim, Norway to experience this together with my wife and two kids, only to be stopped at the gates with the message that these tickets were fake.

I was promised I would hear from you about my New Year’s Eve tickets that were refused and couldn’t enter I’ve heard nothing as you promise is this also dishonest or do you intend resolving customer complaints

We bought 4 tickets for the fireworks on NYE in London, we literally received the link to download them at 18.30 on the day after multiple emails to them. We had travelled over 200 miles to be there only to find when actually at the gates that all our tickets were fake.We paid more than double the face value plus a hefty booking fee. I’ve emailed the company multiple times requesting a refund to which I’ve heard nothing back. Please save yourself a lot of hassle and expense and don’t use these cowboys.

Bought two tickets for NYE event in London and realized at the entrance that both are fake tkt!
After sent a complain to Ticket APT they replied that the will contact within 48hrs to DISCUSS about a compensation....unbelievable!!
To discuss what????
My daughter was there and she could not join the event!!!
A full refund is the minimum they must do immediately w/o any discussion but with a big excuse of such bad service!!!

Paid £130 for 2 x NYE London firework tickets on 20th December for red zone .I never received any tickets and have not received a refund .This company is a shambles and wants shutting down .Avoid this company as they are scammers ,it's seems I'm not the only one

I ordered to tickets and went for the fore works with high expectations but they deneyed our entry as they said these was not valid

My friend purchased a ticket for the New Year's fireworks from TicketApt.com, only to find out at the event that the ticket was fake. My friend, who is visiting from abroad, was extremely disappointed as we couldn't attend the event. The security confirmed that the ticket was a scam, and we were left with no option but to leave. This experience ruined our New Year's Eve, and it was very stressful. We are now in the process of requesting a chargeback from the credit card provider. I am going to report this scam to the authorities and consumer protection agencies. I strongly advise against using TicketApt.com to avoid such a disappointing and frustrating experience.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bought tickets for NYE London fireworks for £312. Was told by police at the event only Ticketmaster had the rights to sell tickets, these were fakes, so I could not gain entry.

I booked london fireworks tickets for 9 people and payed £819 and I went from Nottingham to London with my children and also spend more money for accommodation as it is 31st night after all problem we didn't got entry and reason was our ticket was fake. It's really great disappointment. We almost spend morethan 1400gbp in 2 days for this scam. Also got disappointment on years 1st day. I think goverment cyber team should take some legal action so this type of issue not happend with other people. It's about our country security.

Purchased London NYE 25 tkts which were fake- have a confirmation from ticketapt confirming tkts were valid and we were denied entry as they were fake £208 lost which am now in process or reclaiming as a total scam - Do not use ticketapt unless u wish to risk being mis sold tickets.
Received a reply from TKT Apt 2 Jan which was encouraging and promised ctc within 48hrs - 5 days later I am still waiting
