I bought 2 tickets for pink zone for…

I bought 2 tickets for pink zone for the NYE fireworks event but have not received any tickets so far.
My email from last night has not been answered.
Took the money but I got NO tickets!

The tickets were sent but there was no chance of getting through the guards since they let only pass people with tickets from ticket master.

If there is this guarantee of 100% real tickets, I want my money back!

We are aware of the problems with entry at the The Mayor of London’s Fireworks show.

We apologise greatly for any inconvenience caused, and know this is a special occasion for all those attending.

Approximately 15% of orders were denied entry, being told their tickets were fake, despite having valid tickets supplied from Ticketmaster. Stewards were actively targeting any tickets not purchased directly from Ticketmaster, stating tickets must be on the Ticketmaster app.

However, the vast majority of TicketApt customers gained access to the event with the ticket links provided.

We will be in touch in the next 48 hours with all customers who were denied entry to discuss compensation.

I didn’t receive my tickets for London firewoks’…

I didn’t receive my tickets for London’ s fireworks, it’s 4.30 p.m. My order is Order #157147] (26/12/2024), blue line tickets. I will go to economic police, because I paid 585 £for 3 tickets.

Wrong tickets sent

I purchased tickets for new year fireworks red zone and they have send me 2 green zone and 1 red, me and my friends cannot go separately, i asked 2 days ago to either change one for green or 2 for red as we need to go together and they said will send today by 2 pm. Still no tickets even is like in 6 hours and they take forever to respond. I emailed multiple times both sales and info email and no response. If this is not sent by 4 pm today i will call my bank to report this as this is not what i paid for and it all makes it very stressful as we cannot plan anything accordingly because we dont have right tickets

I bought London EYE Fireworks ticket

I bought London EYE Fireworks ticket, but I only received order confirmation but not the ticket itself. It is now 13.34 PM in London and the event is tonight. I logged in to my ticketmaster account and I still have not received it. I sent them an email and no reply yet

Update: the link was sent at around 18.00 of the event day, went to the event and the ticket did not work, the worker said i got SCAMMED! DO NOT TRUST TICKETAPT, i got scammed and was not able to enter the event!

Still Waiting for My Ticket – london new year event

I am extremely disappointed with TicketApt. It’s now 1 PM, and I still haven’t received my ticket for the london new year event that starts in less than 8 hours. I’ve reached out to their support but haven’t received a proper response.

I expected better service, and this delay is causing unnecessary stress. TicketApt, please resolve this immediately and contact me to ensure I receive my ticket in time!

just took money and didn't get any ticket.

I booked 4 tickets to london eye fireworks which is tomorrow but I just got confirmation email and still didn't get any ticket!
I won't recommend them at all, this is my first and last time use their service. please be aware people I read reviews too late,

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. It’s a scam. Purchased 4 Tickets for London New Year’s Eve Fireworks. I have not received the tickets and despite sending several emails to the company, I have not received any contact from them. I will be taking this matter further. If only I had checked out all the reviews first. I’m not the only one - several ppl wrote the same as me, and I have noticed that their reviews have been removed. Absolutely disgusting.

no response when contacted got the same…

no response when contacted got the same email twice and looked like just a generated one.
i have just received my tickets but it looks like the most dodgiest thing ive ever seen someone help if they’ve got the same thought?
had a look in different websites and one says that’s the official page and to not buy if any where else so my fault really but

Solved. Haven’t received tickets 24 hrs before event

Problem solved.
You have to login to your ticketmaster account and then switch to UK account. This account must be with the same email you use to buy, do it with pc or tablet.
And your tickets will appear.
This company is valid but their instructions are not clear.

Validity of London's New Year fireworks ticket

Updating my review after attending the event: My tickets (booked on 20/12 for Red Zone) were valid and we enjoyed the event. Thanks

I bought tickets from TicketApt for London's New Year fireworks, but they sent me the e-tickets with a disclaimer to not open the tickets until you reach the venue. I think I am scammed as well as the official website mentions that tickets booked from other agents are not valid.
I havent opened the ticket links as well yet

I have purchased three tickets for… London Fireworks

I have purchased three tickets for London Fireworks on 21/12/2024 and still haven´t received any of my tickets!! The event is tomorrow and I have tried to contact them but have not heard anything back. The only thing I have is the confirmation email and that´s it.
If I don´t receive my tickets in time, I will take all the legal actions possible, because this is an absolute disrespect with a customer.
I would never recommend this site, absolute horrible!!!!!
