Scam

I bought two ticket for London fireworks but i read too late the reviews. In effects no one send me a ticket or a email. 2 days left at NY fireworks.
Update: they send the ticket yesterday.

I purchased my New Years Eve Fireworks Event tickets for London but haven’t received them. Can anyone give me info on when i will receive my tickets?
Update(14/12): they sent us an email that our tickets will be sent 72 hours before the event so we will see

saw Taylor in Wembley,I went on Google and found this website as they were top of the google search.
Always a bit hesitant when it comes to buying "tickets" (lol) off of new websites
But, no issues -got in fine and so I'd probs come back here again in the future if Taylor Swift ever came back again. Tnx!

Last night of the Proms

Great evening but the lead up waiting for tickets (that were bought last December for several hundreds of pounds more than face value) was very stressful. The company did reply to my emails and the tickets arrived by signed-for delivery two days before the event.

Taylor Swift knows how to put on a show! From the music to the stage production, it was pure perfection. I'm so glad I used TicketApt to buy my tickets. I got an amazing seat, and I have no regrets-the price was great, and the service was flawless.

Fantastic experience



I had a fantastic experience with TicketApt! After struggling to secure Taylor Swift tickets through AXS, I had no choice but to turn to a secondary marketplace. Although I had used a secondary marketplace before, I hadn’t used TicketApt, so I was a little nervous, especially given the high ticket price of £750 each. However, after verifying the seat details through a few emails with TicketApt, I felt more at ease.

A year later, even though I was a bit anxious when the tickets hadn’t arrived a week before the event, TicketApt sent an email explaining the next steps. I received clear instructions to download the AXS app, and just five days before the concert, we received our tickets.

The event was a blast, the seats were great, and overall, we were very happy with the experience. I’m thrilled with how everything turned out!

Absolutely shameful behavior

We are a group of sport journalists and we purchased 8 tickets, very expensive tickets for the Men’s basketball semifinals and finals at Paris 2024 Olympic Games. We purchased and paid these 8 tickets on January 2nd, 2024. The number of the order is 80453, but till today - July 21st, 2024, nobody contacted us, nobody answered on our emails and nobody gave a sign when and IF WE GONNA GET OUR TICKETS. As you can imagine, a long time ago we bought our airplane tickets and a very long time ago we paid extremely expensive accommodation for our stay in Paris. If nobody get in touch with us in the next couple of days we will start all possible legal actions against this site.

BE VERY CAREFUL

BE VERY CAREFUL. This company says at the foot of its Web Page it is a Ltd Company...Having spoken to Companies House this is not correct. I want to take this company to court for selling me doctored/fraudulent tickets which they said they would reimburse but their word is as bad as their tickets. DON'T bother emailing them or their chat line...NEVER reply and don't respond!
This is a seriously corrupt company PLEASE DON'T RISK YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!

Had to chase up our tickets and no response from ticketapt

Had to chase up our tickets for the Open this weekend. Received them yesterday but with really strange email addresses. Luckily my husband had seen somewhere on their website something about it - so not greatly concerned. Husband now unwell so hoping to sell them but can only do this via ticketapt as they buy the tickets in bogus names then transfer them to their buyer - making them non transferrable for ticketapt's customer. Can't get any acknowledgement or answer to any of my requests - 2 online and about 10 on their online chat option which is absolutely useless. Nobody and i mean nobody is ever online :( even thou they always state there is. Blinking nightmare all round.

ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I would really like to rate less than one star because that’s what this company deserves. Recently got sold 4 adult ticket for an Ericka ascot and got to the event to find out they were all child tickets ans sent away at the door of the event. Now ticketapt are uncontactable for a refund. ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

Nervous waiting for tickets

Booked tickets in November 2023 for liam gallagher tomorrow night Friday 28th june at coop arena Manchester, travelling from north east had email saying tickets would arrive no later than 3-4 days before event when received confirmation from booking initially
So, Received an email this morning at 9am saying there was a delay in getting the tickets to me and should be with me today, still nothing at 9pm and haven't replied to my email asking what's happening.
Stress is not the word after alot of money spent

I bought my tickets on 03/01/24 and as…

I bought my tickets on 03/01/24 and as of today, 06/27, I have not received my tickets, I tried to contact them via email. but they haven't responded to me in 2 days, I've sent 7 emails so far the only response was one that asked which event, even though I put in the order number, in the end I paid 1900 euros for a ticket to the Olympics and so far no response.

Fake ascot tickets

Used Ticket apt for Ascot this year. We were sceptical about using a second seller. At the event all dressed up We were informed my ticket was doctored, we had been sold child tickets that had been defaced.still no reply for my emails in the last 2 days or refund for all costs if getting to and having to take guests home without entry.

An embarrassing and upsetting experience. Further made upsetting bu the lack of further contact
