My tickets arrived a week before the event and the semi finals were incredible. I am quite unhappy with the customer service however, as when inquired about when my tickets would arrive, they said it may arrive potentially on the day of the match which would be unacceptable

long wait for tickets but TicketApt always replied to my e mails and sent the tickets as soon as they were released. would recommend

Tickets for Oasis definitely maybe on 27th June not received!!!!

Update: tickets now received so added a star. Still frustrating it required my intervention and sending tickets did not meet the commitment they previously gave.

I now understand how they operate and it makes sense.

They buy tickets late cheap tickets and profit from the saving on their original selling price.

Buyer beware, there is a risk they won’t be able to get any tickets for events, in which case you get a refund. That might be ok for those willing to accept the disappointment of missing out on the event.

I ordered my tickets almost three months ago, and have not gotten any sort of confirmation or access to the tickets since the initial booking confirmation. Seems illegitimate and am nervous about never receiving them. Would not recommend.

Bought ticket for Scotland Switzerland game for Euro 2024. Great customer service and got tickets when they said I would. 👍

today I bought 4 tickets for the Belgium-Romania match and no confirmation came. I think it's a joke.
I sent an email and it says not my data as I bought.
I think it's a ghost site and there's no point in buying it. I also have a picture of the payment made.

I was a bit nervous at first after reading some of the reviews but everything went smoothly. You responded to my messages straight away and sent the tickets to the app a week before the game. Thank you very much. I would recommend and would use again in the future.

Less than 8 hours before Taylor Swift at Wembley and the tickets still have not arrived despite reassurances to the contrary. Update: they arrived about an hour after posting this review which was an enormous relief for everyone!

After a bit of a bumpy ride and lots of nervousness about the legitimacy the tickets did arrive 4 days before the game and the sales team did quickly sort a problem they created. All good now

I booked tickets for the Turkey v Portugal Euro 2024 game on 22nd June through TicketApt but I have not received the tickets. UEFA have told me also that I will not be able to get into the stadium with unauthorised tickets. So I am very worried now that I won’t get any tickets and even if I do I don’t know if I’ll be able to get in.
I will update this if I get the tickets and if I get in.
Well the match was yesterday and we did not get our tickets!!!!
Update: we were sent tickets for a different match the following day in a city we weren’t going to. It was a mistake they said. Also the value of those tickets was about a quarter of what we paid.
TicketApt did apologise and I returned them to the seller. TicketApt have refunded me the money but 100% not 110% which is what it says on their website.
So I would advise you not to use this company and to always buy from the original source.

I bought 3 tickets for Belgium - Romania in March, I have answers to each of my emails which is already good news, they tell me that the tickets can arrive 48 hours before the event but despite everything, the stress settles in not having received the places yet, I hope to be able to replace my 3 stars with 5 in the days to come..

Less than 12 hours to the event and I have still not received my 5 tickets for Scotland v Switzerland at the euros. Really hoping salesapt can let me know what's happening. They have emailed to let me know tickets are safe but nothing received yet....

The tickets for this event did eventually come through. Nerve wracking but they came.

I bought 2 tickets for the Hungary-Switzerland game at the Euros. Since this site had the best price between second-hand ticket portals, I chose TicketApt, but I had doubts about them. However, they didn’t let us down. They answered my e-mails all the way and the tickets arrived 5 days before the match. The only problem was that the tickets was in that part of the stadium, in which the Swiss fans sat, but we could make it to the Hungarian fans. So all in all, it was a great experience, I can only recommend TicketApt.

Purchased two tickets for Italy Spain this Thursday and did not receive the tickets less than 40 hours before the game.
I’m starting to think that we got scammed and the support platform do not answer…

I’m very disappointed with my experience I bought the tickets for the EURO game France Vs Netherland category 1 almost 2K spent last week, and still I have not received my tickets the sent me instructions to download the app and they say to contact them after that but nothing seems to happen, it’s difficult to receive a real response from the team, they are changing the time when I’m suppose to receive the tickets and I traveled from America to find out I may be scammed. I really want my tickets, I have contacted the email sales ticket apt several times and I still have not my tickets
Update: I have received the tickets today but I have to say that was stressful to wait on those tickets my recommendation is to keep in mind that the tickets will come later.

I purchased Euro 2024 tickets 2 quantities, though the tickets are for semifinal match , the date of which is almost 20 days from now.
But I am scared , if I don’t get those tickets on time, since we will be travelling all the way from India to Germany for the match and expended almost 1900 euro for the tickets only.
Although I am fully satisfied with my purchase from the TicketApt, now waiting for the tickets.
I will surely come up with 5 star when I receive the tickets beforehand.
Till then experience here is smooth and satisfying.

I bought 4 tickets to see the Turkey vs Portugal match on Saturday 22 June. It's the first time, I have tried this platform. And right now I'm a bit stressed and disappointed that I still haven't received the tickets. So I'm hoping I will get them in time for Saturday's game, so I can make the trip to Germany. If I do get them, i will give them a thumbs up !

Worried a bit but finally I got them

i brought my tickets tur vs geor,, back in march, i paid 400 pounds, were 48 hours away from the match and im still waiting, i sent uefa an email,, and the reply was shocking,, they say,,, tickets brought from third parties are not valid 😡😡
