Feeling fearful because we’re two days away from the Eurocup 2024 game in Leipzig we spent over $800 dollars on (just for tickets, this is not including the transportation and the hotel expenses!!!) and we still haven’t received our tickets. We have followed all the instructions on how to download the tickets via the app, and we keep getting the same email with the same instructions. We fear we may have fallen into a scam.

UPDATE: I did get the tickets in the end, BUT a mere 8 hours before the event which goes against their policy. I was this close to cancelling the event on my end. Even though I did receive the tickets eventually, the emotional distress leading up to it was too much and not worth the price I paid (more than double the original price).

Their sales team is responsive, but too reliant on flaky and super slow individual sellers. I don’t think I’ll ever use this service again.

Now fearing this is all a big SCAM!
Emailed ….. no reply. Phoned…. No answer. No live chat. No reply on this trust pilot. 1000 spent on last night of the proms tickets that I don’t think will ever arrive. Feeling foolish.

Ticket apt useless ordered tickets for England Denmark they sent me Serbia England , but even then they have sent me to the Serbia England at 6 pm that isn’t even that game it’s another one now they have amended my receipt (I still have original) to suit them hours awful service

Bought my Euro 2024 tickets back in December, got email I need to download UEFA app and contact them back. So far sended 2 emails no reply and match is in 4 days.. Hope this is resolved soon next 48 hrs

There was an issue which was luckily resolved and had an upgrade due to the inconvenience. So great communication after I managed to ger into contact.

I bought tickets months ago for Olivia Rodrigo in O2 the concert is on Saturday and still haven’t received my tickets. I had an email saying I will get them in 24hours and still haven’t received them. There is no contact number either for them. I really hope there’s a delay and I receive them but I am in a bit of a panic and emailed multiple times

My partner bought 2 Olivia Rodrigo tickets for the 14th May. He bought them in October. We were supposed to have received them by now. The concert is in 48 hours and we have had no tickets and no reply to his emails. If they don’t get sent to us tomorrow I am going to be heartbroken we have just driven 6 hours to London.

Ticket APT is a scam! They are selling tickets to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show for £225! They are £95 from the RHS Website. Nothing extra is included-I checked and they make sure to say Face value £100 underneath. Lucky we thought to shop around. Scalping in broad daylight!

England vs Brasil at Wembley. Awesome seats just 10 rows back. As promised the tickets were delivered electronically with concise instructions. We printed them easily, we accessed the stadium without any drama. Simples!!!!!!! Thank you Ticketapt for the amazing experience and the fantastic seats. Will definately recommend and use again.

Absolute and total scam. Paid for tickets and didn't even get a confirmation email. No record of my tickets for 7 months time. I'm told I'll get then 3-4 days beforehand. No cancellation. No refund. No one on live chat. No contact number. Not able to log into my 'customer account' SCAM SCAM SCAM. My tickets were for the Olympics not for the Night at the Proms. They reply to your review to make it look like they have good customer service but in reality they haven't even replied to any of my 3 emails and despite their response to my negative review I still haven't received any confirmation email.

Everything went very smoothly. Initially I was concerned because I had booked the tickets 2 years ago but I needn't have worried. Received replacement tickets in good time and from there on there were no hitches. We travelled easily from Victoria by bus; the Hall seats were comfortable, our view was good, the performance excellent. Can't fault it. Thank you.

It works! Maybe you will find cheaper tickets for "last night of the proms at Royal Albert Hall" on other places, but sometimes they sell them several times. So it's your own choice. It's very expensive but you can trust.

Event - last night of the proms

I watched last night of the proms with my mum and when she went to bed i decided to buy two tickets to next years event as a treat because she has been battling cancer this year. The next day she told me that she only has 6 months to live. I have contacted ticket apt for a refund because she wont be here in time for next years show. I have told them all of this and that i would prefer to use the £1500 i paid for the tickets to make her last christmas special. And they refused, the woman i spoke to sound like a robot citing the terms and conditions over again and had absolutely no compassion or sympathy. I told her that there are only 8 tickets left for the seats i paid for and that it is a highly sort after event. So they would easily be able to resell the tickets but she didnt care. I can only think that in this situation that it is a scam. I noticed the address for ticket apt is a P O Box in Dubai and they dont have s phone number to contact them on. It was also pointed out on these reviewe that the real tickets for last night of the proms 2024 arent even on sale yet. If you are going to reply please explain why you are denying me giving my mum a special last christmas.

Booked for the Last Night of the Proms, great service the tickets arrived over a week before the event and great seats. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

E-mailed you. I could not make the event from the US West Coast and wanted to dispose of the two tickets. Never got any kind of a response. So, I'm out a couple of thousand US dollars for absolutely nothing.
