Not what it used to be.
With the most recent system update to our Windows 11 Pro workstation, the Torguard Desktop App completely stopped working. When I went to look for an updated version, I found that the latest version was over 18 months old. This is not acceptable for any sort of security software. The support is terrible as well and it usually takes days to get a response. I'm cancelling my services.

TorGuard’s Windows app is fully compatible with Windows 11 Pro, and we are not currently experiencing any widespread issues. In many cases like yours, problems arise from false positives or interference from antivirus software.
It's also important to clarify that while the app version may not change frequently, security updates occur continuously at the network level and are silently pushed to the client. Our VPN client software is stable, lightweight, and built using the latest security libraries. Major app updates are issued only when necessary to maintain reliability and performance.

Torguard is garbage
Torguard is garbage. They respond slowly to support issues or not at all. They promote services they know are false, don't work or are super buggy. If you request an immediate refund after paying for a service that doesn't work they ghost you. Run away from this company!!! Total scam!!!
By the way they have been under investigation.
"Upon investigation, evidence suggests that TorGuard may have lured users into paid subscription plans, deliberately hiding the fact that those plans will automatically renew without further actions by consumers. Evidence further suggests that customers who realize they are being charged without authorization are not able to cancel the unauthorized subscriptions through TorGuard. "
"TorGuard customers allege that the company uses “shady customer service” representatives that intentionally frustrate users from getting a refund under TorGuard’s refund policy. "

TorGuard is honestly low-key awesome
Normally it was really hard to connect to TorGuard's premium proxy, but with this new V2Ray beta version of TorGuard on Android, the connection has gotten way better. Big thanks to the awesome TorGuard team!

Please 🙏🙏 stay away from this VPN. It is a waste of money. Their support system is a trash. Also, it keeps showing you that your password isn't correct without any reason. If you still change it, it will keep saying the same thing.
