I asked for a refund when the charge went through but I never got a response. Now I try to access the site and I've been blocked?! What's is going on??

Software to set up a VPN works great. Portals are high speed and things work like they are supposed to!

Good VPN, price are e bit expensive for me.

very good quality/price ratio. used it daily for a year without any issues or anything to complain :)

they gave zero support not only did i sent emails but their only consider is to collect monthly paying. terrible service.

Torguard VPN does the job, but it keeps popping up an error message every time I start it.

Instant contact if I need it. I can't recall any downtime with their system.

Had trouble downloading a new version. The tech support came on quickly and helped me step by step. I love the product and use it daily. I would recommend it to everyone. Very easy to use and It's worth the $59.99 yearly fee.

My account got suspended for some mildy reason and i already pay my monthly fee

I rated this based upon interaction with Tech support.

I've had several issues with this service disconnecting at random times over a one-year span. Since the service is great when properly working, I haven't replaced Torguard. It works for me no matter where I travel, to watch the programs I like.

A few issues are:
1. Tech Support doesn't respond immediately, but when they do, they make sure and rectify issues. I have found them to be courteous and helpful with answering questions and making sure service is restored.
2. My IP server had to be replaced several times due to connection speeds or the connection itself abruptly dropping. That process each time has taken several hours from disconnect, to support staff interaction, to service restoral. It can take a while, so I don't like that down time.
3. I have found the iOS app shuts down (for my devices) after 24hrs online and internet connection halted until connected to a different server location or software turned off. Not all locations work or can be connected to.

*The date of experience is not solely based on that one day/date but on overall for the past year.

It was good when it worked, which was hardly ever. When it did work, I was able to go on some websites that block vpns occasionally with them not working but that’s not what I meant by the title. 80% of the time with the vpn active it was always reconnecting over and over or it would just be stuck on an endless connecting loop and wifi was completely unusable with it. It was on every single device I have, on every single network I’ve been on, it always did that. I had the 3 year plan and I only stuck with it for a couple months before I just bought something else that actually worked and was usable. 2 years and 9 months of my subscription I did not use. I would not recommend this vpn service to anyone.

I still can't get the app to work properly. When I try to download a torrent or anything else it just doesn't download. I put it in request once about the problem. And i received no response back.

I’ve tried to cancel my service twice, and still have not heard back from anyone.

You should not take so many emails and misinformation going back-and-forth before someone actually reads the problem and addresses it directly.
