You should not take so many emails and misinformation going back-and-forth before someone actually reads the problem and addresses it directly.

Torguard was a pretty good VPN, My only gripe is the application connection times are sorta slow and it just stops responding randomly. Other than that great!

Great service (VPN) side and great customer service. TorGuard is a very user friendly VPN with robust features. The customer service is always quick to respond and helpful. I think I’ve only had one bad experience where they weren’t off the bad willingly to switch the VPN plan. Other than that, never had a bad experience.

Your representative refused to accept that you have a problem with socks5. I pointed him to your own community site which has many posts about this problem but he insisted I only talk about my specific problem. He then offered me a premium socks5 package which in itself admits that your basic package is not working. I also need to be able to VPN to the UK for iPlayer which is an extra cost which is free with other VPN's. Using your VPN for torrenting is causes very slow connections and slow downloads. So overall I find your product is slow or doesn't work

Speedy reposes to ticket is paramount for me. Being with out service is not a pretty situation.

Great VPN for the money. Have been using torguard for years. I also like that they were quick to adopt open wire pretty quick as well.

The design/interface/menus are simplistic and straightforward. Overcomplicating things and overwhelming experiences are not what customers want in a VPN and this is what your competitors seem to do. This is why I love TorGuard and I'm sure other customers feel this exact same way as I do. You don't have a big messy disorganized VPN it is elegant, neat, organized and gorgeous to look at.

I prepaid in annual payments to avoid dealing with payments and hassle. This place is the opposite of hassle free. Always sending emails about payment due etc, so I'd have to contact them and remind them I am paid and some! If I didn't contact them they'd turn off service! Foolishly I put up with this for years. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I'm with NordVPN now and getting what I wanted; hassle free service.

works well and the price is good too (I use a promo code), tech support helped me with my issue on disconnecting a lot, they recommended different settings and it's working great now very stable

I feel secure and protected with Torguard running. The latency or degradation is less severe than other VPN's I have used in the past. The downside is when there are occasional slow connections or when I have to reboot to make connection.

Product works well and no hassle

You are bothering your cliens so much that make them regret that they ever subscrubed to your services.

You are sending people emails at the middle of their already subscribed month about a bill that is due for pay for the next month which you have no idea wether they will still be using your services in the first place. So you're stating that a bill is due for pay where in reality there's nothin due for pay.

Then, near the end of the (already subscribed) month you are also sending 2-3 emails which are "gently reminder"(sounds like threat) about the same bill which is due for pay which in reality is not.

Finally all these confusions made me forget about how good your VPN services are. I don't even remember. All I know is I will NEVER use your services again.
