The staff was very helpful when I ran into data issues . The issues was on my end not setting the correct target. But my problem was resolved quickly through the staff assistance. I would strongly recommend others to use TravelKon to purchase eSIM.

I had a hassle free experience using my unlimited data esim in S. Korea. Unlike my friend who used another popular brand of esim and had no end of difficulty. The price was reasonable and the data was quick and consistent.

Horrible. Got a eSim for Singapore and the speed was painstakingly slow. I ended up getting another eSim from Singapore. The provider is from HK, so it will have to bounce from Singapore > HK > Singapore. Not worth the pain!

The purchase and order fulfillment was instantaneous. No problem with activating . Instruction was easy to understand n follow.

Easy to use but it would be nice if we can see the balance of the use so we know how much we got left. Other than that it’s works great

eSIM worked great in South Africa and Botswana, patchy in Kenya (cities/larger towns only) and did not work in Tanzania.

Bought two eSims - easy to buy and install. Both worked without problems across Europe

Bought and installed an eSIM before leaving Australia. Arrived in Türkiye and, despite everything seeming to have been installed correctly, I had no data. A quick Whatsapp convo with TravelKon support via hotel wifi and some really clear instructions on how to rummage deep in the phone settings had me back online in 15 minutes. Outstanding service!

Great price, easy to use, fantastic coverage

Super easy ordering process, downloading and installing on my iPhone was super easy. I was travelling from Australia to Europe via China so needed a global option for an eSIM.

Before I took off from Melbourne I activated the eSIM. Once I landed in Beijing the eSIM activated within minutes of turning my phone back on. Mobile service and download speed was excellent in Beijing airport.

On arriving in Copenhagen for my Europe leg, again the eSIM activated within minutes of turning on.

The only downfall was sometimes I experienced a poor signal while I was in Sweden, approximately an hour north of Malmo in a rural area. Several times while at the beach my phone wasn’t able to pick up a tower.

Perhaps Orange could look at the service providers that they switch though in Sweden and opt for better coverage in rural areas. When I was in the area a year earlier I purchased a Lyka SIM card locally and it had excellent signal.

Had the signal in the area I was staying in been better, my review would have been 5 stars.

I will most likely purchase another eSIM when I travel next year.

They are very quick to respond and help. Even better on whatsapp. Very easy to understand steps that need to be taken.

Easy to use, connection is excellent for Vietnam and Cambodia travellers, definitely recommended it.

I bought 3x USA, Canada, Mexico eSims. 2 of them didn't activate correctly upon landing in LAX despite following all instructions - ended up needing to remove and readd after contacting suport. They only worked after contacting support. They all stopped working when we travelled to Banff in Canada.

Wasted hours and money on Telstra data packs so I can get them working in both instances.

Travelkon returning customer here. Been using TK for so long now because it just works. There maybe cheaper alternatives out there, but I don't bother to check anymore. When you find a good repeating product, you don't muck around, especially when it can be important like SIM/eSIM. You don't want to be stuck overseas with no comms. Last purchase was for Indonesia/Bali use. Works like a charm as usual. Your communication to questions was also highly commended. Thanks guys for a great product and hope you keep up the good work!
