AVOID.

Poor customer service from India using English names and people in their display pictures. I could be wrong but my senses tell me I am right. You cannot delete your bank card whilst the server is being created. Many bad reviews on Trust Pilot. They have a page for reviews which I assume are all fake. Server took longer than 15 minutes to create, I was still waiting after 3 hours. They told me the same reply "We will send you an email once server has been created" Bla bla.. When I told them I want my card to be deleted from my account, they soon got my server running. What a joke this company is. Avoid at all costs. They are not transparent at all.

With the price they are charging you'd expect them to serve excellent quality servers, but one of the worst I tried, I'm in day 3 and already lost like 20 hours of uptime because their servers keeps shutting down or freezes up. When the server works the only nice thing is VNC which does support Ubuntu GUI, but a lot of the times even with the server working in the background, my scripts running fine, but VNC won't connect with "Server disconnected" error. Their support is no use, most of the time they just say "we have server malfunction, is there anything else I can help you with?"... Not recommended at all.

Be aware!

I wanted to start working with them so i have started the 7 days trial.
First of all they don't have any knowledge about general things, i though that because that i don't pay for their extra support which cost $50. They are trying to push you to pay $50 for support in order to get special support for 30 day so i did it. It is was my big mistake, they couldn't do what i have asked but before i have payed they told me that they can do it. In the same day i have asked for refund because they couldn't do what i have asked but they refused to give me. I never felt cheated like in this situation. Be aware, i never wrote these kind of reviews but this time it's unstoppable. - no free support ($50) -no free Cpanel and you have to pay for ssl - support cannot be trusted

Free trial is not Free. They will come up with excuses to charge your account!

I signed up for a 14-day free trial to see how well this VPS performs. I thought I wouldn't have to spend anything since this is a free trial but when I finished choosing my server, it wanted to charge me $30. This already should have given me a red flag but I decided to ask their support about it to get some clarification. They told me that the $30 will be deposited to my account balance but I will not be billed. I hesitated because this was supposed to be a free trial. I went against my better judgement and decided to continue with the "free" trial. My server setup was a 4 core i7 CPU with 2GB RAM, 100GB Disk space with 3TB data transfer allowance. I chose the "Forex OS" option with Windows 2016 as my server. This setup was supposed to come with MT4 preinstalled but when I first logged in, MT4 was nowhere to be found. This was the second red flag. I again contacted chat support and they had to login to my server to manually install MT4. When I checked again, they installed MT5 which does not work with some Forex brokers. I decided to manually download and install TradersWay MT4 instead. Then I decided to test the capability of the server. Downloaded and installed two more MT4s from two different brokers. So now I have TradersWay, Forex.com and FXCM instances of MT4 running. It's important to note that I have been able to successfully run these 3 MT4s simultaneously on my corei3 laptop with 2gb ram and on a 5mbps connection with other programs like Chrome and Outlook running as well plus other background programs. It never came to the point that I had to restart my core i3 laptop because of a non responding system. On their VPS server, the system would stop responding after a few hours and I had to reboot the server! I even checked the CPU usage and the maximum it ever got was 40%! I started to wonder whether they were somehow limiting the usage. Anyway, I just let that pass and decided to run just two instances of MT4 which was running just fine.
However, come May 1, I received an email from VPSServer.com that I have been billed $5.54. My free trial doesn't end until May 8, 2017! I contacted their chat support again and they asked me if I destroyed and reinstalled the server. I never did. All I ever did with the server was install MT4, update and restart. I was then told to email their billing to have this account investigated. So I did and asked for a refund. This is their reply:

"Your account has been automatically excluded from a Trial based on our Risk decision.
To compensate you i can add free credits to your account. These credits equal a 14-day trial."

If you read their terms and conditions before you sign up for a trial, you will not see anywhere in the document stating that you will can be excluded from the free trial based on a "Risk decision". I think the $30 deposit was just a ploy to get my money in an account balance that they can automatically charge without your permission.

satisfied customer

I'm a customer for little over 6 months now. The price/performance ratio is very good. The only thing is i can't add any extra IPv4 addresses (even if i want to pay for it).

I had high hopes for them but they have …

I had high hopes for them but they have no support to offer, no understanding of their own services. Case in point, IPv6, they are so lacking in education. Instead of simply the support person (using that term loosely) Jasper letting me know he does not know about IPv6, he keeps me going for an hour of my time. Or maybe they could have been cool and setup the IPv6 up one time on my server but again they do not know. I read through multiple docs and asked an expert admin and the way they format their IPv6 is not very usable. So it's sad, but they are not a useful company when it comes to hosting and any kind of support. I would go elsewhere or they will waste your time. There are much better hosts around.

Trial ended in the first 30 minutes

14 days trial, which ended in the first 30 minutes after I deleted my VPS to create another one in a different location (lower ping).

Support answer:
A trial only counts for the first server you order. Once you delete your trial server, trial period gets expire. It is required to make a payment for any new server.

Note: You can't delete your account or credit card! Even if you ask them to.

I've had better benchmarks with other vendors: Ramnode/Vultr..

This case is self-explanatory, summarizes how much they care about their customer's money over satisfaction.
