After having a set of composite doors fitted by evander which leaked for 15 months,extremely poor workmanship and aftercare.Warmseal fitted a set of doors which have not leaked. The two companies are chalk and cheese. I fully recommend warmseal.Peace of mind,quality workmanship.

Since I moved into the bungalow through multiple sclerosis the windows were leaking like the government since I’ve had four new windows it’s been absolutely perfect I’ve never felt so warm thank you warm sale thank you Lee very much in time I will have them back to do the doors thank you warm seal thank you so much

Nice doors eventually. Small problem with marks on door but put right. Door fitters were excellent, but one of office staff was badgering for final payment before job was complete. Would use again.

Work completed on time and on budget.Workers left site clean and tidy and removed all rubbish.

Apart from being given an unrealistic work commencement date (during pandemic lockdown) and lack of updates while waiting, really happy with the final result

From choosing the door,to the delivery and fitting of the door was very well handled,the fitters were very helpful and friendly
,the only downside I can think of is I’m still waiting for the guarantee and other paperwork including the receipt of full payment and it was just before Christmas that I paid ..I know that covid-19 has interfered with normality but I would have thought by now 28/1/2021 I would have heard from yourselves .

Had to chance up everything on the phone after paying the bill after the door was fitted I phoned three times for the guarantee which I got five weeks after instillation I also thought your representative was rood

We had new windows fitted at the front of our house recently by Warmseal and whilst this was an efficient process and we are happy with the overall appearance, the aftercare from Warmseal themselves has not impressed. We received a call shortly following completion of the fitting to see if we were happy and I mentioned that there was some visible damage to one of the frames. This was followed up with a call to arrange someone to come out and look at the issue so I was given an email address and was requested to send some photos of the damage by email. I did this but did not receive a reply. The following week I received a call from a different person asking me to send photos and details to their email address so I did this also. It was apparent on the call that the person I was speaking with was not aware that I had already paid the full balance but I confirmed in conversation. I did not receive any follow up at all to that email either. In short, we have imperfect product and one the coming weeks I have noticed other imperfections in the frames (scratches, deep marks for example). For the cost I would have expected better aftercare.

Very friendly service when placing my order. I was kept up to date with delivery times throughout. The installers arrived on time and worked quickly to install my new front door. They were very friendly and ensured I was comfortable on how to lock and unlock it before they left. I am very happy with my new front door. It has been fitted very well and I feel very secure in my house.

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. Warmseal have been less than professional. I received a quote and, although not the cheapest, I decided that I would go with them as they had a showroom and I was happy with my visit there. As I'd previously had a few quotes, I was aware that different builders used different materials. I asked Warmseal to tell me what they would be using. I was told that it depended upon building regulations. As I live on the boundary between two local authorities, I hypothetically asked if someone a couple of streets from me had the same job carried out and their local authority had tighter building regulations, would they get better materials for the same price as I was paying? The answer was, eventually (after being talked over several times and asked if I knew anything at all about building regulations) yes. I was really upset but thought that I would have no more dealings with the sales person and other builders had longer waiting times. At this point it all went down hill. I was told that he would post the contract out, it never arrived. I was told that it would be emailed, it never arrived. I was told it would be dropped off, it never arrived. I was told that the surveyor was on a long holiday so that it would be all sorted for him getting back to work. It never happened. At this point all communications stopped. My advice to anyone is do not go with this company of you need to ask questions that the sales person does not want to hear. Really disappointed. My experience was so bad, I cannot face another builder and so I am no longer getting the job done. I hope this review helps.

We had the front door replaced and a new step put in, both jobs done with great professionalism and we are delighted with the results

Yes we’re pleased with the door but we’re still waiting for s piece that was missing when installing it 3 weeks now & waiting for guarantee not happy

No pressure from salesman which I liked. They matched a cheaper quote from another company. The guy who fitted the door and attached side panel was extremely pleasant and did a great job. Could of got a cheaper job, but I wanted a professional installation as it was a complicated fit due to over door canopy. I'd recommend.

We had all our windows replaced.We looked at several companies but decided on Warmseal because of it being a local firm which had been recommended to us by a neighbour.The sales person ( Gavin ) presented information and options without any pressure and the fitters were friendly and efficient. We are delighted with the result.

First class service from Gavin and Geoff to measure up and price my windows. The window design and quality are excellent. Martin and Tony during the actual fitting worked professionally with skill and care to ensure the job was done well. Great team manufacturing and fitting top quality products.

Two very polite and efficient guys Chris and Ian worked extremely well together to get the job done to a high standard. I would highly recommend Warmseal to others and this is down to the staff that completed the work.

Great salesman. Windows are windows and fitters put them in. The challenge most of us have with buying new windows and doors are the pushy out of date salespeople. Two years ago I literally had to push a non warmseal sales guy out of the house only for him to ring me from his car still parked outside my house 30 mins later still giving it the heavy sell. Gavin Adams at warmseal was a pleasure. Quoted what I wanted and came through with delivery and fit in a short time period. The fitter was top notch as well. A great lad who took the time to explain what he’d done and why with minimum impact to our house render. Third time I’ve used warmseal and not the last. Excellent company. Excellent people.

The whole transaction went smoothly from sales rep, to survey, to installation.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use again and to recommend Warmseal to anyone.
