Fist class job! Small Small soot mark left on carpet which was easily cleaned

The glaziers and builders did a great job; they were professional and friendly. However, communications from the office is non-existent, so much so, the porch, which was started in July; a couple of weeks they said to build, is still incomplete almost three months later. As the flooring was to go down before the skirting board, the joiner had to be put back a couple of weeks. He completed the work at the end of Sep and I rang & emailed Warmseal when this was complete - it took me to write this review for them to get back to book the skirting board in to be fitted!

Should people choose Warmseal, make sure they have all of the parts before they start the job and don’t expect to hear from the office unless they want paid.

Used Warmseal in old house and when we moved I didn't hesitate to use again as Adrian the sales guy was so lovely. Installation was delayed due to Covid but was done promptly once all work could restart. Installation was great, couple of problems with the new windows not closing properly, and i would advise making sure you request child safety latches if you need them (i didn't realise) BUT this was all dealt with quickly and efficiently so can't ask for more really!! Would happily use again.

I chose Warmseal on recommedation and was delighted with the work.
My new windows have transformed the appearence of my house.
I was particularly impressed by their young fitter, Dan who did an excellent job. He was friendly, polite and a real perfectionist.
I would certainly recommend Warmseal.

The salesman (Gavin) was very helpful and not pushy.
We had a new glazed door with a side window each side. The quality appears good and the fitters were pleasant lads with very little clearing up left for us to do afterwards.
One disappointment - there are a couple of scratches on the windows, one being nearly 2 inches long. We didn't notice at the time, but think the fitters must have seen them as they polished the glass thoroughly after fitting.

Warmseal were excellent from our visit to the showroom to fitting of the door.
Good communication and fitted on the agreed date.
Dan the fitter is a credit to the company, a very pleasant young man.

Very pleased with the overall service and the condition once complete, a great deal of care was taken with installation (having had most of the windows and a new door installed)

After having excellent service from Warmseal in the past we visited their Newcastle showroom & made arrangements for a surveyor to give us a quote to replace a lantern roof. The gentleman placed the date & time in a diary & took our details. After no one showed up on the day in question we telephoned the showroom to be told that no appointment had been logged for us, also it wouldn't have been possible in any case as the surveyor was on holiday. After describing the gentleman who took the booking the receptionist told us we had described the manager. The lady apologised, but it would have been courteous if the manager had telephoned and also apologised for his error. We will now get in touch with a rival company for a second quote for comparison. We have recommended Warmseal to many, but this has been so disappointing that now we would say check & double check that someone will turn up when Warmseal say they will.

We’ve just had our new build refitted with decent hi-quality windows/doors from Warmseal. There was no nonsense on the quote and barring some delay due to COVID, which is to be expected, has worked out just fine.
The two guys fitting were always prompt, polite and just got on with the job even when the weather was terrible - they were very good, and although window build quality is needed, how they are fitted is key.
Some minor post fit follow ups needed, but so far we are very happy and would wholly recommend Warmseal for value and the no nonsense service they provide. Thank you.

Very happy with the job. Marked down only because of 2 small manufacturing issues - therefore not caused by Warmseal, but dealt with by them courteously and efficiently.

French doors replaced & new installation completed as arranged. Installer was polite, tidy and very competant. New doors make a big difference. Noticed that it was quieter as ousdide noise blocked and warmer inside the house.

My windows and doors were in desperate need of repair and I chose Warmseal to do this for me. The scaffolders and fitters arrived bright and early on the day I was informed the work would commence. The fitters were respectful, considerate and friendly. I am working from home and I had no problems whilst they were working on my windows. I have four bay windows and all the facias were also renewed which made these windows look even better. The finish on all the windows is excellent. I love the doors especially the front door. It is better than the picture in the brochure.

Both the pre and post administration for the work was professional and made the decisions etc very easy.

Booking appointment to fix sticking patio doors was quick and efficient. Engineer arrived ahead of appointment time, attended to issues quickly and efficiently. Engineer explained what he had done, and was very polite and professional throughout. Job sorted in about 15 minutes.
