Over the years I’ve used several hosting providers and worked with dozens of tech teams. WPX is in a completely different league—hands down the best support I’ve ever experienced.

First, their response time is unreal. It’s not “fast”… it’s immediate. I’ve been with WPX for years and host multiple websites with them (both my own and client sites), and I honestly can’t remember a time I had to wait around for help. When something breaks or needs attention, they’re there right away—and that kind of reliability is priceless when you’re running a business.

Second, the quality of their support is next-level. Their tech team has been able to solve every single issue I’ve brought them—100% of the time. Not generic advice. Not “try this article.” Real troubleshooting and real fixes. They’ve helped me with things like:

Redirect issues and domain changes

PHP updates and server compatibility fixes

Indexing and SEO-related technical issues

Restores, reinstalls, and migration cleanups

Plugin conflicts (the ones that normally take hours to diagnose)

Image optimization and performance improvements

There are too many wins to list, but the bottom line is simple: WPX support is beyond excellent. If you want hosting where you feel covered—where problems get handled quickly, correctly, and with real professionalism—WPX delivers. 5 stars, and honestly, more than that.

WPX is overall good. Support is good too - almost 24/7 active. Best for budget or sites that does not require constant purge.

If your content does not change every 10 mins its the best hosting you can get for wordpress and use htaccess to customize the headers & it will work wonders.

High dynamic sites can use their Woocom plan + redis + XDN - its actually good.

They need to figure our fullpage caching and they will be on top.

I recently switched to a different one - was with them for 3+ years. I had alot of challenge because CouponZania needed much powerful hosting and usually everyone has 30 days money back - they gave me my money after 3 years or say when they realized i am facing problem and I need to leave. My love to thier customer success - good souls there.

Absolutely the best...

I've used GoDaddy, NameCheap, Domain.com, HostGator and a dozen others. WPX is by far the best. It's easy to purchase a domain - and they don't try and upsell you with crap you don't need (I'm looking at you GoDaddy!). Then they have 24/7 chat with actual live people. This has saved me so many times. I have used WPX for a number of years. I cringe anytime a new client is not on WPX.

The only reason someone would not use WPX is if they had simply never heard of WPX. But if you are reading this, then you have heard of WPX, so you really have zero excuse not to use them.

They are simply the best!

Had an issue that drove through the weekend and was resolved via chat as a last resort. WPX customer support is what all support should be based on. Knowledgeable and properly empowered people (not AI) who can actually IMPLEMENT fixes. 24/7 is also real. I've never waited more than 30-seconds for a live agent. It's why I've been with them for over half a decade, and plan to be moving forward!

I have been with WPX for over a year, since November, 2024, and they are consistently the best hosting company I have worked with.

Wow. I just chatted with Nikola at WPX support for a little issue with returned mails from my contact form and he ended up setting up a bunch of mailboxes for me that I wasn't even expecting. I've been too inept to get it done. He was so gracious and helpful to me and went to so much trouble to make sure I was happy. This is always the experience I have when I contact WPX support. The peace of mind it gives me means a lot.

Brilliant support

I have just moved to WPX and I am not an expert. After running into a few minor roadblocks, I reached out to support. Nikola guided me patiently through each step so that my problems were solved in one sitting.
