Nothing but positive comments for the team at Amber Arch. Everyone I've dealt with has been really helpful, crystal clear with updates and instructions, and super accommodating should plans change or issues come up.

My jobs have been countrywide, from Yorkshire to London to Scotland, and I never hesitate to apply for shopper reports. Really good experience.

Very pleased that I have worked with them on numerous jobs over the years. I enjoy the flexibility that I could work besides my 9-5 job. The job instructions are clear, their helpful team is available whenever I have queries and they provide with prompt responses. Payments are timely and sometimes quicker if the job fees are higher.

Payment is fair and better than many mystery shopping providers, there is always someone to talk to whenever I call on the phone, and they are always super helpful if a job doesn't go 100% according to the best-laid plans!!

I've seen a few negative reviews, and can safely say that some people just like to moan - if they did their jobs conscientiously and according to the very clear briefs, then they wouldn't have any need to be vitriolic on Trustpilot.

I've worked with Amber Arch for over ten years and have travelled everywhere for work in including Ireland and the Channel Islands. I don't do as much mystery shopping these days but when I do, I'm always happy to do these jobs. Well paid and easy to follow reports.

I have only been mystery shopping for 2 years and was recommend Amber Arch by a fellow colleague and what a positive experience. The briefs are clear, the money has been way above the amount I received from my previous mystery shopping company and payments prompt. But the best bit is the jobs themselves are enjoyable and staff in the office always helpful and friendly.

I have been completing work for Amber Arch as a freelancer for a number of years now, and they are a superb bunch of people to work with. The information they provide to complete each job is crystal clear, the briefs leave no room for error or doubt and tell you exactly what needs to be done, should you take the time to read them in full. Any time I have a question, someone is on hand to provide an email response immediately or on the other end of a telephone, with an immediate solution. Payments have always been made as agreed and accurately. I have absolutely no hesitation at all completing any assignment, anywhere for Amber Arch. Should you be looking for mystery shopping work or a company to provide it, I highly recommend them!

Communication is absolutely key. Amber’s clients have very specific questions and so, obviously, my reports must be completed very specifically with detail.

The app is straightforward and easy to use and reports are easy to submit.

As Amber explains, reading the questions before each visit is vital, so I know what to look out for during my visits.

Communication with the friendly and helpful team is excellent. Phone calls are answered immediately and email enquiries are handled efficiently and in a timely fashion.

If you’re a beginner, the Amber Arch team will guide you and you’ll soon be an expert and making extra cash which is always paid on time.

I've worked for Amber Arch for over 10 years now and find all the staff to be friendly, communicative and understanding when family issues crop up etc. They have a good variety of work available and the fees are fair. Payment is always made swiftly after visits have been completed, too. Definitely one of my favourite companies to work for with a special mention for Pamela and Steph!

I have worked with Amber Arch for around 9 month and absolutely love it. Their jobs are varied and you are always given advance notice of any cancellations so your time isn’t wasted. I have never had a report declined and I am always paid on time.

Amber Arch has employed me on a self-employed basis for several years. As long as I adhered to the guidelines and thoroughly reviewed the brief, my experiences have consistently met my expectations.

The administrative staff are among the most exceptional individuals I have collaborated with in the Mystery Shopping sector. They consistently exhibit professionalism, politeness, and approachability, creating a positive work environment where friendly interactions are encouraged. I have always had a laugh and a joke with them, and this includes the M.D.

It is worth noting that some assignments may only receive approval around 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. and can occasionally be cancelled. However, Amber Arch compensates at a premium rate for assignments, significantly more than comparable companies in the field.

Additionally, payments for completed assignments are processed promptly, which allows me to recommend their services confidently to others.

I don't usually do reviews so this is a rare thing indeed. I have to say what a pleasure it is to work with this company. I have built a great rapport with Pam and Steph over the years. I have found them to be very helpful, when contacting them for advice and trying to find the target. If you know, you know :) I enjoy the work as it is well paid and varied. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who asked. I have worked for them for many years and will continue to do so. Great company, great people.

Great company to work for and always have a good variety of work. I find the communication with them to be good and they are a pleasure to talk to on the phone. They always try to assist whenever there is an issue with jobs and sometimes it is my mistake, but as I have a great relationship with them we manage to sort things out easily. All work I have conducted for them is promptly paid for and I have no complaints. I hope to be able to conduct many more visits for this great company.

This is the most unethical, immoral company you could ever do work for. They have you running around, cancel on the last minute, talk to you as if they are doing you a favour, when most of the time, they have no intention.of paying you.

Unfortunately the worst market research company I have worked with. Communication is poor, apply for assignments, keep the time free. Ghosted by the staff when I could be doing work for more reliable companies.

Don't waste your time signing up, have applied for numerous assignments and have never been allocated a single one, even though they are still available. Communication is awful and they would rather see the assignment not completed or given to someone else, preferential treatment.
