1 Star – Terrible customer service and refund process
This 1-star rating is entirely for their customer service.
I accidentally ordered the wrong washing machine, which was never even delivered—it went straight back to the supplier. I have been trying for a week to get my refund, and every time I contact customer service, they ask me the exact same questions over and over again. Then they say, "We need to wait for the supplier to get back to us in 48 hours."
Guess what? They never do.
How hard is it to give a straight answer like, "Your refund will be processed in 5 to 10 working days," instead of stringing customers along? Absolutely appalling support.

Product delivered without the lid
Product delivered without the lid, was told to call the help number.
Rep suggested I arrange to collect missing lid at nearest store- so I could incur additional cost to collect something I paid delivery for.
I opted for a refund and return - so end result is i paid Argos a delivery fee and have nothing to show for it.
Will think twice before considering ordering anything in future.

I won’t be shopping at Argos again, ordered a dvd player for collection at my local store, Argos say it’s arrived at my local store, it didn’t!
I now have to wait until Sunday, Monday today to get my money back albeit you lost my order.
