The minibus back to the station was the icing on the cake?
A nice car, smooth service, coffee and comfortable waiting area all as expected. BUT we were also offered a minibus back to the station when we returned the car, brilliant!

The service at both pick-up and return…
The service at both pick-up and return was exceptional. Staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, thoroughly explained the particulars of the car and even gave local recommendations. At return, they were exceedingly fast and assisted with transit to the airport.

What amazing service from staff in Edinburgh
What amazing service!! I left my prescription sunglasses in the centre console of my rental car. Arnold Clark staff located the glasses and posted them to my home in Australia. Today I received a call from the company as follow up to check I had received them. Staff have gone above and beyond anything I could have expected from any car rental company.

Check twice before you rent!
I booked a car of certain size/class knowing where i would be driving, so i would have as little hassle as possible on the road, having in mind that i would have to drive and sit on completely opposite sides than in my country.
Upon visit, they PROUDLY informed me that they've upgraded me to a bigger car with no extra expece, due to not having a car of that size that I've booked.
The car was quite bigger and bulkier SUV style and the paths i was driving it on were a true struggle!
No point in having an option to book a certain size of a car, if then you get complete opposite!!
Car ran fine, was reliable and all, so no car problems, i must be honest. But still, possible perfect vacation ruined partially by rental car companie.
