Quick and easy process for a rental
The staff took time to understand my needs for the car and also took time to show any key features the car had which made me feel instantly comfortable, i feel arnold clarke understand the importance of individual needs and support. The process took no longer than 25 minutes including a walk around the car.

Always book car at Edinburgh airport with bus transfer to center 5 mins. Thia time uses a big bus with no one to help with bags ( used small minbus previously and the driver helped). No room for all the cases and unauitabke for seniors to use. Told bus stop 1 but actually 5. Long wait in center. Staff and car good
