Consumer last company
The car agency fully stands with the car owners. Even if they charge you unfair or hidden fees. They are customer-last company.
If you wish to rent a car with them be prepared to pay 30% more of the cost which is advertised.
In case if you are unlucky as me and damaged the vehicle battery in cold weather, then be prepared with pointless monthly long discussions. It goes down for every euro that you owe to them.
I think the great company (f.e. Yandex Drive) would have just let go the damage that i did. Since they can calculate their customers LTV. It appears that autolevi doesn't care.
Upd. After two months of dicussions Autolevi decided to pay for the battery damage themselves. Still, the question of paying 30% more than advertised remains unsolved.

Nice cars and good coverage! Booked Range Rover for a week for my vacation to Saaremaa. Really fast booking, nice car and good trip. The car owner was nice and friendly.
